The opportunity

Our Surge Arresters business in Ludvika is looking for an Order & Shipping Manager to lead the end-to-end order fulfillment and shipping process, ensuring that our customers around the world receive their products safely, efficiently, and on time.
In this key leadership role, you will manage a team of order managers and shipping specialists and work closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Sales to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
At our Surge Arresters unit in Ludvika, you will play a vital role in the leadership team where you´ll be able to influence both operational performance and customer success. At the same time supporting the energy transition by ensuring reliable delivery of products that help protect critical power infrastructure worldwide. You will join an engaged team with a strong focus on safety, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer success.
How you´ll make an impact
Lead the order fulfillment process from customer order through shipment and delivery.
Ensure excellent on-time delivery performance and proactively manage delivery risks.
Oversee shipping, transportation, export documentation, and logistics coordination.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer service, lead times, productivity and quality.
Manage departmental performance, budget, and working capital.
Develop and coach a high-performing team while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
Your Background
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience within Project management, logistics, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
A proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering business results.
Experience driving operational improvements and business results.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Fluent in Swedish and English.

The opportunity As Technical Delivery Lead for station layer upgrade and modernization projects within HVDC Service, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the technical delivery of station layer systems and lead an engineering team through all project phases. You will play an important role, leading modernization projects that help secure and strengthen critical infrastructure for the future. The HVDC station layer system encompasses a suite of HVDC applications - including the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for operator interaction, sequence and event recording for operational monitoring and diagnostics, as well as remote control functionalities utilizing communication protocols. These applications are seamlessly integrated with the underlying IT infrastructure, which comprises network components such as servers, workstations, switches, firewalls, and time synchronization devices. The opportunity The Electrical Plant Design team is part of Engineering within HVDC, carrying the electrical design responsibility for greenfield HVDC projects on a global scale. The organization consists of approximately 130 employees across six countries. The team is responsible for engineering the Auxiliary Power System and station cabling for HVDC converter stations. From drawings and detailed design to installation support and final documentation, we bring electrical systems to life — driving the green energy transition in close collaboration with Plant Civil Engineering, Plant Mechanical Engineering, and Project Management. We are now looking for a Local Manager to lead one of our Electrical Plant Design engineering team in Sweden.
