How you’ll make an impact Be the primary factory responsible for strategic sourcing activities by ensuring material availability, delivery performance and cost competitiveness. Develop and lead a competent, technically strong SCM team to support operations. Manage assigned spend with a short term and medium term sourcing strategy to meet targets on total cost of ownership, quality, and reliability of supplies. Select, qualify, and classify suppliers. Negotiate and sign contracts with key global suppliers and local suppliers. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Apply SCM standards, tools, and processes to ensure business continuity. Collaborate with other functions and across similar factories on backlog execution, new product introduction, escalation cases and synergies. Implements the sourcing strategy in the factory in line PL/Hub. Own the factory liaison to the Hub/BU category teams in order to provide input to the category Control of material costs and lead times at tender stage. Measure gaps tender/actuals investigate on root causes and take adequate corrective/preventive measures. Technical Delivery Lead for Station Layer System in HVDC Upgrade Projects

The opportunity As Technical Delivery Lead for station layer upgrade and modernization projects within HVDC Service, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the technical delivery of station layer systems and lead an engineering team through all project phases. You will play an important role, leading modernization projects that help secure and strengthen critical infrastructure for the future. The HVDC station layer system encompasses a suite of HVDC applications - including the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for operator interaction, sequence and event recording for operational monitoring and diagnostics, as well as remote control functionalities utilizing communication protocols. These applications are seamlessly integrated with the underlying IT infrastructure, which comprises network components such as servers, workstations, switches, firewalls, and time synchronization devices. Together, this architecture enables secure, reliable, and efficient supervision, control, and data exchange within the HVDC control and protection system. How you’ll make an impact Own the technical delivery of Station Layer Modernization projects—from tendering and design to implementation and testing. Electrical Plant Design Manager, HVDC

The opportunity The Electrical Plant Design team is part of Engineering within HVDC, carrying the electrical design responsibility for greenfield HVDC projects on a global scale. The organization consists of approximately 130 employees across six countries. The team is responsible for engineering the Auxiliary Power System and station cabling for HVDC converter stations. From drawings and detailed design to installation support and final documentation, we bring electrical systems to life — driving the green energy transition in close collaboration with Plant Civil Engineering, Plant Mechanical Engineering, and Project Management. We are now looking for a Local Manager to lead one of our Electrical Plant Design engineering team in Sweden. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that engineering delivery meets business and contractual requirements in terms of scope, quality, cost, and on‑time execution. You will lead a local team of approximately 10-15 engineers and play a key role in strengthening engineering capability, performance, and long‑term sustainability.
