Vi söker nu en HSE Specialist (Health, Safety & Environment) till vår produktionsanläggning i Alvik, Luleå. I rollen som HSE Specialist arbetar du både operativt och strategiskt med att utveckla, implementera och följa upp aktiviteter inom arbetsmiljö, hälsa, säkerhet och miljö. Du är ett viktigt stöd till verksamheten och bidrar till att säkerställa en trygg, hållbar och säker arbetsplats. Samt att vi med marginal uppfyller regelefterlevnad för miljö och arbetsmiljö. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden inkluderar: Planera, koordinera och följa upp aktiviteter och initiativ inom HSE-området Genomföra riskbedömningar, skyddsronder, riskanalyser och utredningar enligt gällande rutiner och lagkrav Säkerställa efterlevnad av HSE-lagstiftning, Baxter-standarder samt interna och externa revisioner, exempelvis enligt ISO 14001 Delta i och driva förbättringsarbete samt förebyggande säkerhetsinsatser Stötta och utbilda chefer och medarbetare inom HSE-frågor samt bidra till att utveckla säkerhetskulturen Säkerställa korrekt dokumentation och uppföljning i ledningssystem och övriga HSE-relaterade system Hålla dig uppdaterad kring nya lagkrav, standarder och trender inom HSE-området Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom arbetsmiljö, miljö, säkerhet eller annat närliggande område samt dokumenterad erfarenhet inom HSE-arbete och relevanta standarder. Du har minst tre års erfarenhet av självständigt arbete inom HSE, gärna från tillverkningsindustri eller liknande verksamhet. Erfarenhet från internationella eller globala organisationer är meriterande. Som person är du strukturerad, driven och lösningsorienterad. Du har god analytisk förmåga och trivs med att samarbeta och skapa engagemang i organisationen. Du arbetar självständigt, tar initiativ och har lätt för att kommunicera med olika funktioner och nivåer inom verksamheten. Du har mycket goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office-paketet samt mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Your profile We are looking for someone with experience from large-scale projects – preferably in construction and/or industrial projects or environments – where you have worked hands-on with health and safety issues. You have relevant education or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience, and you are confident in taking ownership of your area. You are used to driving initiatives independently and joining projects at an early stage, where you will develop and implement processes. At the same time, you work in close collaboration with the client and other professional roles in complex environments. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, and have the ability to communicate clearly and engagingly, both in conversation and in presentations. Location On-site presence in the city of Luleå (North of Sweden) is set to at least 50% of working hours—and at certain periods, the role will require close to full-time presence on site in Luleå. However, it is possible to take on this exciting opportunity even if you are based elsewhere in Sweden, provided you have good travel options to Luleå (e.g., Boden, Piteå, Skellefteå, Stockholm, Uppsala, etc.).
