About the role
We are now looking for a Process Engineer. This team will consist of different competencies, such as biomedicine, biotechnique,
validation, automation and mechatronic. You will be responsible for automation/mechatronic knowledge within the department. You
will also be responsible for one of our manufacturing processes and drive the work with continues improvements. Whenever there is
a question regarding automation/mechatronic from your colleagues you will be asked to help.
This is a team with a lot of cross-functional collaborations and responsibilities with both internal and external stakeholders
from a variety of countries.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing new production processes
Driving continuous improvements on existing processes in close collaboration with all production departments
Ensuring that existing production is compliant for all our in-house production within the business area
Process engineering will also work with our outsourced products and the assessment and approval of our suppliers’ processes in
close collaboration with our Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and Product Development department.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our office in Gothenburg. Travel and work from other Vitrolife sites and contract
manufacturers might be part of the position.
Your Profile
Bachelor or master’s degree in biomedicine, chemistry, biology, mechanic, automation or equivalent
Experiences from working with quality standards and processes (ISO-13485, GMP)
5 years’ experience of automation/mechatronic work
Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge in English both oral and written
You are thorough, structured, can see the whole picture and are able to prioritize and meet deadlines. You are also
service-oriented, solution-focused and communicative and you enjoy working in a changing and dynamic environment.

Your mission at Voi
The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring our operations run as smoothly, safely and efficiently as possible by leading our
fleet operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for our Warehouse in Malmö and you will play an integral part in
Voi’s performance by combining people management with process improvement and execution. This will include:
* Supervising and ensuring high performance in the teams, fostering a sense of teamwork and belonging across all warehouses.
* Ensuring best in class standards for our scooters by working with the team to make sure we provide the highest service for our
end users.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and structure the workflow in the field and warehouses, including shift
planning, following up on performance and implementing standard operating procedures.
* Working hands-on with the maintenance and repairs of vehicles to ensure a high quality standard, extend vehicle lifetime and
minimize cost.
* Act as a safety role model and work actively to create and maintain a safe work environment. You will be managing all the
people in our warehouses.
* Be the point of contact for external parties e.g. 3PL:s, landlords, staffing agencies and local business associations.
* Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition in screening and interviewing new team members, owning their onboarding and training
them on in-field and warehouse tasks
What you'll need to embark
We’re looking for a leader with a proactive and strategic mindset who also enjoys working hands-on and has experience working with
multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right

* 3+ years of previous work experience within logistics, operations etc, preferably in a high pace environment
* Experience from managing large teams

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational stability and availability of our IT infrastructure:
* Maintaining and supporting on‑prem server, storage, cloud, and network environments, including WAN/LAN, firewalls, switches,
and access points
* Ensuring infrastructure stability through daily monitoring, patching, system health checks, backups, and disaster recovery
* Managing the hardware and infrastructure lifecycle, including installation, upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning
* Handling operational incidents and troubleshooting, coordinating escalations with external vendors when required
* Supporting platform and identity services such as DNS, domains, certificates, Entra ID / Active Directory, and endpoint

About the Role:
ESS is at an exciting turning point, transitioning from a construction site to an operating facility. To help us achieve our goal of becoming the world’s most powerful neutron source, we are seeking a Process Engineer for the Plant & Process Engineering Function, part of the Design & Engineering Division.
The team is responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art process activities across ESS. The group will first specify and design process systems such as cooling systems, instrument air and deionized water distribution, in accordance with PED, European harmonized codes, ESS rules and AFS regulations. They will then design the associated piping systems and mechanical supports to prepare for manufacturing, purchasing and installation phases. Finally, the group will help finalize the as-built documentation. Additional tasks include configuring and supporting the AVEVA tool suite, providing engineering review support, and offering technical advice.
Day-to-Day you will:
Perform system/project preliminary design based on design descriptions and requirements:
Prepare specifications and reports,
Review design projects,
Prepare for and present at preliminary design reviews.
Participate in critical process reviews,
Document design and group development:
Write and/or review process quality requirements,
Write and/or review processing licensing requirements,
Support standardization activities (components, best practices, and attributes),
Propose and implement improvements to procedures, best practices, and policies.
Follow up on post-design stages:
Support manufacturing phases,
Support installation and testing of equipment,
Support as-built activities,
Stay current with state-of-the-art technology.

Required:
Higher vocational education or university degree in engineering (e.g. a bachelor’s degree), or an equivalent combination of education and experience,

Desirable:
Knowledge of normative constrained environments,
