Join our newly formed AI Product Discovery team and work closely with skilled developers in building the next-generation search
experience within Voyado Elevate.
Voyado Elevate already has a powerful and proven search engine. Now, we are adding an intelligent layer on top, an AI-driven
Product Discovery Agent for Search that transforms how users interact with products, navigation, and intent.
As a new team, you will be part of shaping our ways of working, defining our architecture, and setting the technical roadmap for
how AI agents should integrate with and enhance our search platform.
This role sits at the intersection of backend development, AI engineering, and product innovation.
As a subsystem team in an organization inspired by Team Topologies, we collaborate closely with other product teams while owning
the AI Product Discovery layer. Our mission is to build intelligent agents that orchestrate search recommendations and navigation,
interpret user intent, and create a completely new discovery interface experience.
The role involves hands-on development, writing code primarily in Java and/or Python, and designing and orchestrating AI agents.
You will work with prompt engineering and structured output optimization to ensure high-quality, reliable results, while building
smart integrations between LLMs and our search engine.
A key part of the work is continuously improving response times and reducing inference costs to create scalable and efficient
solutions. You will also contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions, proactively prototype new ideas, and
evaluate emerging AI technologies to ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation.
Some things will vary depending on product needs and experiments. Some things are constant:
And when the time comes when you need a break, why don't you spend some time in the gym, tinker in our puzzle corner, or challenge
our Åre office in Call of Duty on our PlayStation 5? 🎮
You don’t just follow AI trends, you actively build with them. Agentic coding is already a natural part of how you develop
software, and collaborating with LLMs feels as intuitive as writing code yourself. Writing prompts to generate, refactor, and
reason about code is a natural extension of your engineering workflow.
At the same time, your interest goes beyond just experimenting as you thrive on building real products. You enjoy turning ideas
into robust, production-ready systems and combining AI-native development patterns with solid software engineering principles.
And since this is a newly formed team, you’re excited not only to build the product but also to shape how we build it, driving
evaluation frameworks, testing strategies for LLM-based systems, and establishing pragmatic, high-quality ways of working for
AI-driven development.
Besides those personal skills, we believe you have the following:
If you are interested in algorithmic problem-solving, that's meritorious.
Voyado Elevate is built with Java and kept up to date with the latest version
one-on-ones, we make sure your needs and career have a great future at Voyado
Lovely! 🎉
Before one applies it can always feel like you need a better resume, more polish, or just another year of experience, but we say

We are looking for the right person with a solid foundation, who finds learning fun and embraces deep, challenging work. Our Strategic Engagements team focuses on transforming research into products. We work in close collaboration with our partners and integrate the Intui model with their systems. This role involves tackling integration hurdles to bring our model to our partners, ensuring it supports both research and pilots effectively. As a Strategic Engagements Software Engineer, you will bridge our core AI research with client systems. You will adapt, productionize, and stabilize advanced algorithms for robust operation on diverse hardware - from embedded systems to complex platforms. This requires: Deep systems expertise to optimize high-performance native code. A hands-on approach to client deployment and resilient interface design. A focus on flexibility, creating configurable systems under strict performance constraints. What You’ll Do Translating research into a successful product hinges on several core attributes: reliability, portability, and flexibility. Additionally, success requires efficiency, developer experience, observability, and configurability. The role requires comprehensive DevOps responsibility across the entire software development lifecycle: Development: Coding, quality assurance, and testing. Infrastructure: Building CI/CD pipelines and release management. Operations: Server maintenance, system monitoring, and site reliability. What you bring Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C++; comfortable with Python and TypeScript for integration and tooling.
