Als Legal Working Student unterstützt du unser Team bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen rund um Nahrungsergänzungsmittel,

Lebensmittelrecht und deren regulatorische Anforderungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Stakeholdern (z. B. Product,

Marketing, Quality) zusammen und hilfst dabei, rechtssichere und zugleich praxisnahe Lösungen zu entwickeln.

DEINE MISSION

Unterstützung bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Lebensmittel- und Nahrungsergänzungsmittelrecht, insbesondere zur

Kennzeichnung, Werbung und Health Claims

Recherche und Bewertung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Marketing- und Social-Media-Recht auf rechtliche Konformität
Unterstützung im Vertragsrecht, insbesondere bei der Prüfung, Vorbereitung und Überarbeitung von Verträgen (z. B.

Kooperations-, Dienstleistungs- oder NDA-Verträge)

Mitwirkung bei Themen des Datenschutzrechts (DSGVO), z. B. Prüfung von Prozessen, Datenschutzanfragen und -hinweisen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen (z.B. Produkt- und Marketingteam), um rechtliche Anforderungen

verständlich und praxisnah umzusetzen

Unterstützung bei allgemeinen rechtlichen Themen und Projekten im Startup-Alltag

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:
in der Rechtswissenschaft (4./5. Fachsemester) oder
im Wirtschaftsrecht (BA 3./4. Fachsemester/MA ab dem 1. Fachsemester)
idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Lebensmittel-, Medizin-, Marketing- oder EU-Recht
Starkes Interesse an der rechtlichen Einordnung von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln und rechtlichen Fragestellungen rund um Health- &

Nutrition-Umfeld ist von Vorteil

Erste Berührungspunkte mit einem oder mehreren der genannten Rechtsgebiete
Sehr gute Recherche- und Analysefähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Inhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
