DEIN PROFIL As a Working Student in our Professional Education team, you become part of a dynamic team and join our mission to enable individuals to create a better tomorrow! Together, we define your responsibilities depending on your skills and interests within the following fields: * You create engaging content (text, graphic content, potentially video) for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn) and come up with creative ideas about our programs, community, alumni and partners * You explore and test AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign workflows and marketing automation — and help us build smarter, more scalable processes * You promote our programs at events and design meaningful marketing materials (posters, flyers, stickers) — and are ready to implement and place them with the target group * You support the organization and execution of our workshops and learning formats — from booking rooms and coordinating catering to preparing materials and managing participant communication * You are a reliable point of contact for program participants and contribute to project coordination across multiple programs, keeping timelines, tools and documentation up to date * You'll do all of this in close collaboration with the professional education team, the UTUM design team and colleagues across UnternehmerTUM Marketing DEINE VORTEILE * Students (f/m/d) of all disciplines * You love story telling and discovering the deeper  * Very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German with the ability to understand tone of voice and customer centricity * Ability to think in an agile and customer-centric way while approaching tasks in a structured and reliable manner * High affinity for relevant social media channels and confident use of graphics programs such as Canva; familiarity with tools like Miro, Notion or Slack a plus * Creativity, an entrepreneurial hands-on mindset and a can-do attitude — comfortable switching between a campaign brief and putting up posters * Curiosity for AI tools (e.g. Claude, Canva AI or similar) and an interest in building more automated, scalable ways of working * Interest in leadership, education and the innovation and startup ecosystem VIELFALT IST UNS WICHTIG Diversity enriches our team. DEINE AUFGABEN As a Program Manager in our Education team, you become part of a dynamic team and join our mission to enable individuals to create a better tomorrow! Together, we define your responsibilities depending on your skills and interests within the following fields: * You own the planning and execution of our educational programs  — from coordinating venues, catering and materials to preparing pre-, during- and post-checklists that keep everything running smoothly * You manage participant communication across our programs: onboarding new cohorts, keeping participant data up to date and being the go-to contact for questions and coordination * You take care of program documentation and administration — maintaining our tools (Notion, Slack, Google Drive), keeping calendars updated and ensuring our folder structures and resources are always in order * You support budget administration and financial tracking — contributing to monthly reporting, expenditure forecasts and the preparation of contracts for freelancers and trainers * You build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, coordinating schedules, managing deliverables and ensuring a smooth collaboration experience * You explore and apply AI tools — ideally Claude or similar — to automate recurring workflows, improve processes and help us build more scalable program operations * You support the preparation of funding applications and project proposals — researching requirements, coordinating contributions and ensuring timely submission DEIN PROFIL * Completed degree in a relevant field — e.g. Business, Education Management, Social Sciences, Innovation or similar * 2–4 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in an educational or non-profit context * Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and German (min.
