DAS ERWARTET DICH * Übernahme einer leitenden Rolle in komplexen Data & AI-Projekten * Design und Implementierung moderner Softwarelösungen mit End-to-End-Verantwortung  * Festlegung von Strukturen und Architekturentscheidungen für Softwareprojekte * Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption von Lösungen und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Data & AI-Serviceline * Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen daten- und KI-gestützten Optimierung interner KBC-Prozesse  * Präsentation technischer Lösungen beim Kunden und Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit DAS BRINGST DU MIT * Breite und tiefe Programmierkenntnisse in mehreren Sprachen, insbesondere Python  * Fundierte Expertise in der Datenvisualisierung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI * Tiefgreifende Erfahrung mit modernen Softwareentwicklungstechniken wie Versionskontrolle (Git/GitHub), CI/CD-Pipelines und Deployment-Workflows * Überzeugende Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Fachebene * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie strategische Entscheidungskompetenz * Strukturierte, selbständige und präzise Arbeitsweise mit Führungserfahrung * Deutschkenntnisse (muttersprachlich bzw. This role drives detailed technical design choices, secures delivery quality, and coordinates development and integration activities across multidisciplinary teams. You will thrive in this role if you: * Are comfortable owning architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy * Enjoy mentoring engineers and raising overall engineering maturity * Can clearly communicate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and scalability concerns * Balance delivery needs with long-term platform health Key responsibilities * Define detailed technical design, components, interfaces, and integration patterns. * Lead development teams and enforce engineering standards and best practices. * Coordinate architecture, cloud/platform, data, QA, and business stakeholders. * Ensure delivery quality through testing, observability, and application security practices * Guide teams on GCP and AI Search implementation patterns * Lead technical discovery, estimation, and solution design workshops * Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early * Ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions * Contribute hands-on in complex and high-impact technical areas * Support industrialization and operationalization of AI and search use cases Must have qualifications * 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise environments * Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI ecosystems * Experience with AI Search, conversational AI, and generative AI integrations * Strong application architecture, API design, and enterprise integration experience * Solid understanding of cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, software quality, observability, and cloud security best practices * Experience working with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code * Technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions * Ability to collaborate across architecture, engineering, cloud, and data teams * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions in Agile environments * Backend development experience with Java and/or Python * Advanced level of French and English If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
