ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Client Manager role at Design Bridge and Partners involves supporting the Client Director in managing strategy and design projects, with a focus on nurturing and maintaining excellent client relationships at the brand manager level. ABOUT YOU Responsibilities • Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s business, brands, and markets. Question briefs, seek out additional information and understand requirements independently. • Pro-active client servicing – anticipating client’s needs, planning ahead to make sure they are met. • Brand/Project management – to support the client director in managing projects day to day, adding energy and initiative to help inspire the team and to ensure the most effective and efficient way of working. • Build trusted relationships with clients, and your internal team through excellent commercial, resource and project management. • Brief, scope, plan and deliver projects that are effective, profitable and enable the highest standards of work, with minimal support. • Demonstrates solid project management and best practice operational effectiveness, across multiple workstreams from start to finish. • Accurately manage and support all aspects of the day-to-day finance admin, and reporting. • Deliver timely and accurate revenue forecasts, which resource can be planned against. • A good understanding of the commercial value of the work and demonstrate this through creation of budgets for projects with minimal support. You’ll be responsible for millions in ad spend and will be instrumental in creating media plans & developing innovative strategies to drive client growth. Leading a renowned client, you will be supported by the Group Account Director and the rest of the team. Main responsibilities Paid Media/ Cross-Channel Strategy * Work with the Group Account Director to build a strong and innovative Paid Media advertising offering across all Paid Channels managed for the client (including, but not limited, to Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Online Video, CTV, Native, etc) * Oversee Paid Media campaigns execution, optimisation and management * Lead with investment and strategy planning across the Paid Media activity * Lead with end-of-month finance reconciliation, invoices and POs * Design testing frameworks, making sure to follow best practices and test the latest features, technologies and partners to bring added value * Provide Paid Media advertising consultancy and training for clients * Maximise the value of the Paid Media advertising we produce by advising clients on best practices across reporting, measurement and attribution * Lead with the development of Paid Media business reviews, cross-sells and pitch material * Be proactive in feeding back good results, data trends, case studies, discovered techniques and tools to the Group Account Director and colleagues * Lead with the development of processes, automation and best practices across the Paid Media department and the wider agency team Client & People management * Strengthen client relationship - Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders * Lead client strategy sessions.
