We’re looking for an enthusiastic Partnerships Marketing Intern to join our global online marketing team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of content marketing and partnerships, supporting international campaigns across multiple markets. You’ll play a key role in bringing partner campaigns to life, from content creation to execution and performance tracking, while learning how strategic partnerships drive growth in a fast-paced digital environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Partnerships Marketing Intern, you will: * Support the end-to-end execution of partner marketing campaigns, from setup to reporting * Create engaging content and campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines * Assist in activating campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly (including capturing live campaign placements) * Help analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and internal platforms * Support the team in prospecting and researching new partners and business opportunities * Collaborate with the broader marketing team on cross-channel initiatives (e.g. newsletters, internal channels). WHAT YOU’LL LEARN * The fundamentals of partnership marketing and campaign operations * How to create impactful content for international partner campaigns * Insights into the travel and airline industry, one of the most dynamic global markets. WHO YOU ARE * Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is preferred * Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Journalism) for the full internship duration * Available full-time for at least 6 months * Based in the Netherlands and enrolled at a Dutch university * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * A proactive, hands-on mindset with eagerness to learn * Creative with strong writing and storytelling skills * Interest in travel and digital marketing * Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
