How you will shape Prophero: * Identify, visit, and evaluate potential properties that meet PropHero’s investment criteria. * Conduct preliminary assessments on location, neighbourhood trends, and rental potential. * Capture photos, videos, and key property data during on-site visits. * Build strong relationships with local agents, owners, and developers to access off-market opportunities. * Provide concise, structured reporting on each property, including risks and red flags. * Collaborate with the acquisition and analytics teams to confirm suitability and pricing assumptions. * Track and maintain an updated pipeline of properties in assigned areas. * Monitor local market activity to identify new opportunities quickly. What you will bring to our team: * Experience in real estate, property scouting, field acquisition, or related roles. * Strong understanding of property assessment fundamentals (location quality, structural basics, pricing signals). * Ability to conduct on-site visits independently and gather complete, accurate information. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with agents and owners. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and reliability. * Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments. * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned regions. * Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.  What can we offer you: 🚀 Growth Mindset We believe in pushing boundaries and embracing challenges.
