We’re looking for an Advertising Sales Manager to join our Paris team. In this role, you’ll help us drive growth for our
Mid-Market merchants by leading advertising sales and strategic account management. The role is based in Paris.
You’ll be joining the Merchant Ads & Promos team. We are a high-growth function dedicated to helping our partners navigate the
Deliveroo toolkit to maximise their visibility and sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to some of the key restaurant partners
in France.

As Sr. Industry Manager, you will define, launch and drive strategic outcomes and operationalise the vision for the sales team. What you’ll do: * Lead the performance focused Retail Ad Sales Team for top enterprise clients in France * Build and develop strong relationships with C-level executives across advertisers and agencies * Deliver, Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to senior leadership as they relate to your team's client partnerships * Grow, train and lead a diverse, high performing team with a strong inclusive culture to support emerging and established clients * Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally to build cohesive partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders, including product, sales operations, and marketing * Use AI-enabled tools and insights to scale your impact—identify growth opportunities across a portfolio, prioritize where to spend time, and make faster, better-informed decisions * Apply AI to improve team productivity and operational rigor (e.g., automating prep and follow-ups, improving pipeline hygiene, surfacing risks/opportunities, and strengthening account plans) so you can spend more time with clients What we’re looking for: * 10+ years experience in Advertising, Digital, and/or Media Sales and established industry relationships and experience forging strong relationships with marketing leaders & C-suite at the client and agency * 5 years management experience and proven track record of managing a world-class sales team, including extensive forecasting experience and achieving or exceeding revenue goals * Knowledge of performance advertising (e.g.Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising) and measurement solutions (analytics, mediamix modeling, attribution modeling) * Knowledge of competitive landscape * Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals * Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes, with demonstrated experience using data and trends to develop winning strategies * Ability to interface with product and engineering to synthesize customer needs and feedback * An individual that thrives in a fast-moving environment and is independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction * Practical AI fluency and strong adoption mindset: you’re curious, adaptable, and focused on using AI to improve how work gets done (productivity, efficiency, forecasting/pipeline management, and client management)—not “AI for AI’s sake.” * Demonstrated ability to use data, automation, and tools to drive outcomes: you’ve used technology to improve sales execution (e.g., better prioritization, tighter follow-through, cleaner pipeline, faster insights) and can point to measurable impact in a fast-moving environment * A passion for Pinterest * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Relocation Statement: * This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. YOUR MISSION As a Sales Manager France & Benelux (f/m/d), you will be a key member of the regional Sales Team, reporting directly to the General Manager France & Benelux. You will play an active role in developing the market, driving new business and contributing directly to regional revenue growth.
