Vi söker just nu en Senior Android-utvecklare till deras högpresterande R&D-team där du bygger produktionsmjukvara i skarpa miljöer där stabilitet, säkerhet och arkitektur i världsklass är ett absolut måste. Du ingår i ett team av seniora utvecklare som delar kunskap, håller en hög teknisk nivå och har riktigt roligt på vägen. I rollen fokuserar du på att bygga och vidareutveckla robusta Android-applikationer (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) för mobila serviceverktyg som tekniker använder världen över för fältinstallationer och felsökning. I din vardag arbetar du med modern arkitektur och offline-first-funktionalitet, skriver ren och testbar kod samt samarbetar tätt över gränserna med firmware, backend och UX. Dessutom blir avancerade AI-verktyg en naturlig sidekick i din vardag för att effektivisera kodning och dokumentation, så att du kan lägga din energi på arkitektur och kluriga problem. Arbetsuppgifter Du kommer att fokusera på att bygga och vidareutveckla robusta Android-applikationer som säkerställer att globala accessystem kan installeras och underhållas effektivt. Applikationsutveckling: Utveckla och vidareutveckla Android-applikationer i Kotlin, Jetpack Compose och modern Android-arkitektur. Fältoptimering & Arkitektur: Bygga arbetsflöden optimerade för tekniker i fält, med särskilt fokus på robusthet, användbarhet, offline-first-funktionalitet och motståndskraftig felhantering. AI-driven mjukvaruutveckling: Arbeta i symbios med moderna AI-verktyg för att hålla ett högt tempo i utveckling, felsökning och dokumentation, samt kritiskt granska och kvalitetssäkra den kod som genereras. Kvalitet & Testning: Skriva ren, testbar och underhållbar kod samt bidra aktivt till automatiserad testning (enhet, UI, integration) och CI/CD-pipelines. Tvärfunktionellt samarbete: Samarbeta tätt över gränserna mellan mobil, backend, firmware, produktägare och UX-designers för att knyta ihop mjukvara med fysisk hårdvara. Vi söker dig som Avancerad kunskap i modern Android-utveckling och Kotlin God erfarenhet av Jetpack Compose och Jetpack-bibliotek Kunskap om asynkron programmering med Coroutines och Flow Erfarenhet av arkitekturmönster som MVI eller MVVM Vana av automatiserad testning (enhet, UI, integration) Erfarenhet av att använda AI-verktyg för att effektivisera kodning och testning Flytande i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift Möjlighet att arbeta på plats på kontoret i Landskrona 3–5 dagar i veckan Det är meriterande om du har Kunskap om trådlösa protokoll som Bluetooth/BLE, NFC, Zigbee, Thread eller Matter Erfarenhet av lågnivåkommunikation (t.ex. ABOUT THIS POSITION In this role, you’ll help shape how users experience our premium podcast and audiobook platform. You'll work closely with design, product, backend, QA, and DevOps to ensure the Podme Android app is high-performing, user-friendly, and continuously improving. You'll also contribute to technical decisions, feature design, and the ongoing evolution of our Android platform. What You'll Do * Contribute to the implementation of scalable and modern architecture as defined by the team * Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose * Write clean, readable, and well-tested code in line with team standards * Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with the team * Collaborate across functions to help define, design, and deliver impactful product features * Work closely with QA to support automation and ensure application stability * Identify and address technical debt while contributing to continuous improvements of the codebase * Evaluate and help introduce new tools, libraries, and development practices where appropriate WHAT YOU BRING You're an Android developer who enjoys building user-focused products and takes ownership of delivering high-quality solutions while working closely with product, design, backend and QA. * You have around 3–5 years of experience developing Android applications * You have a solid understanding of Kotlin and the Android SDK * You have hands-on experience with Jetpack libraries, especially Compose and Navigation * You understand REST APIs and common mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture * You are familiar with automated testing frameworks such as Espresso and JUnit * You take ownership of your work and proactively drive tasks to completion * You enjoy sharing knowledge and contributing to technical discussions and team improvements * You have strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus skills * Experience with media playback or streaming applications * Experience working with subscription-based consumer products WHY JOIN PODME?
