At Telavox, telephony is no longer just about making and receiving calls. It’s about connecting conversations, data, and workflows
into one seamless customer experience.
Our UCaaS and CCaaS platform sits at the centre of our customers’ everyday work, integrated with leading CRM, ticketing, and
business systems. Calls are answered by a human or an AI agent. The call may be recorded, transcribed, and summarised
automatically. Customer information is surfaced before a call is answered. Cases are created, routed, and resolved more
efficiently. Identity can be securely verified, and customers are directed to the right expertise based on their profile.
This is already happening today. And we’re just getting started.
We’re now looking for an Alliance Manager to help shape the next chapter of our partner ecosystem by making Telavox a natural part
of the offering from the Nordic region’s leading system integrators within CRM and Ticketing.
If you enjoy building partnerships, creating business opportunities, and working where SaaS, Telecom, and business systems meet,
this is your opportunity to make a real difference and shape something new.
As an Alliance Manager at Telavox, you’ll be responsible for building and developing strategic relationships with system
integrators across the Nordic region. You’ll represent Telavox in the market and work closely with partners to identify
opportunities where our communication platform can create value for their customers and their business.
The role combines a strategic partnership development with hands-on business creation. You’ll collaborate with internal
stakeholders and external partners to drive growth, establish long-term relationships, and help shape how communication services
are delivered as part of broader business ecosystems.
across the Nordics.
You enjoy building relationships and creating business opportunities where everyone wins. You are commercially driven and
understand how technology partnerships can create long-term customer value, new revenue streams, stronger customer relationships.
You’re comfortable operating in an evolving market where technology, business needs, and partnerships continuously develop. You
combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoy engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
At Telavox, you’ll have the opportunity to shape strategic partnerships, influence how modern communication services are
integrated into customers’ business processes, and be part of a company that values both impact and having fun along the way.
Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform
for businesses. As a digital mobile operator, we develop and own our all-in-one communication platform, which integrates
telephony, PBX, messaging, meetings, and contact centers, giving businesses a smarter way to connect.

automation to push the boundaries of business communication.
We offer flexible work options and adaptable hours, giving you the freedom to balance life and career while staying connected to
