Vi står inför ett av de största teknikskiftena inom fastighetsförvaltning på många år. AI, självservice och nya digitala arbetssätt förändrar hur våra kunder vill komma i kontakt med oss och hur vi arbetar i vardagen.
För att möta den utvecklingen bygger vi nu upp en ny hybridmodell för kundservice.
Den grundläggande kunddialogen kommer att hanteras av en extern partner som, genom sin storlek och specialistkompetens, kan investera i modern teknik, AI och digitala verktyg på ett sätt som vi själva inte har möjlighet att göra. Det ger oss tillgång till bättre system, högre kvalitet och snabbare utveckling.
Samtidigt blir den interna kompetensen viktigare än någonsin.
För att modellen ska fungera behöver vi säkerställa att kundservice har rätt kunskap, rätt processer och rätt information för att kunna lösa så många frågor som möjligt redan vid första kontakten. Därför söker vi nu en Customer Operations Specialist.
Det här är inte en traditionell kundserviceroll.
Det är en utvecklingsroll för dig som kan förvaltning och vill vara med och skapa bättre förutsättningar för både kundservice och den lokala verksamheten.
Du blir länken mellan kundservice och förvaltningen och får ett stort ansvar för att utveckla arbetssätt, utbildningsmaterial och kunskapsdatabasen. Genom att säkerställa att fler frågor kan lösas redan vid första kontakten bidrar du till att avlasta förvaltningen och frigöra tid för det som skapar mest värde - att utveckla fastigheterna, möta kunderna och driva verksamheten framåt.
Eftersom rollen har ett nära samarbete med våra regioner förekommer resor till våra förvaltningskontor runt om i landet.

...har erfarenhet av fastighetsförvaltning och en god förståelse för hur förvaltningsprocesser fungerar i praktiken.
Du drivs av att utveckla arbetssätt, skapa struktur och dela med dig av kunskap. Du ser möjligheter där andra ser problem och motiveras av att göra vardagen enklare för både kollegor och kunder.
Du är prestigelös, tydlig och har lätt för att samarbeta med många olika delar av organisationen. Samtidigt vågar du ställa krav när processer inte fungerar och drivs av att skapa långsiktiga förbättringar.
