Som Customer Support Manager – E-commerce har du en central roll i vår digitala kundresa och ansvarar för att säkerställa en kundupplevelse i toppklass genom hela köpresan.
Det här är en operativ ledarroll där du själv arbetar nära verksamheten och är en viktig del av det dagliga arbetet. Du hanterar kundärenden, orderflöden och leveransfrågor samtidigt som du leder, coachar och utvecklar teamet. Du arbetar i skärningspunkten mellan e‑handel, orderhantering, logistik och kundsupport och har daglig kontakt med kunder, lager, butiker och leverantörer.
Parallellt med det operativa arbetet ansvarar du för att utveckla kundsupportfunktionen. Du identifierar förbättringsområden, driver utvecklingsinitiativ och arbetar aktivt med att effektivisera processer, arbetssätt och kundflöden. Rollen ställer höga krav på struktur, systemförståelse och förmågan att se helheten i verksamheten.
Vi söker dig som redan har erfarenhet av att leda människor, utveckla verksamheter och driva förändring. Du är trygg i ledarrollen och motiveras av att kombinera operativt arbete med ett övergripande ansvar för teamets leverans, kvalitet och utveckling.

God systemvana och erfarenhet av att arbeta i administrativa system, gärna kopplat till order- och kundflöden.
Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska.
God datorvana och goda kunskaper i Office-paketet, särskilt Excel.
Förståelse för kundresan och förmåga att lösa problem i flera led.
Erfarenhet av system som Pyramid, Servit, Unifaun eller liknande.
Kunskap om lagar, regler och rättigheter som styr kundköp, reklamationer och prissättning, exempelvis konsumentköplagen, distansavtalslagen och marknadsföringsrätt.
Erfarenhet från transport- eller logistikflöden.
