We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately on an interim assignment. For the right candidate, there is also
the opportunity for a long-term permanent position. Candidates who are only interested in the interim assignment may be based
anywhere in Sweden.
As Legal Counsel, you will be the legal anchor for the entire Group, the person who holds the threads together across commercial,
corporate, capital-markets and regulatory matters. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this is a broad and genuinely independent
role with real autonomy to shape the legal function from the ground up. You will engage and coordinate a network of external
advisers, including patent portfolio agents, legal counsel and the company's certified adviser, acting as the internal hub through
which all external legal relationships are channelled and directed. Day to day, you will draft, review and negotiate commercial
contracts, oversee capital-markets compliance and disclosure obligations, and support the ongoing corporate transformation
alongside the CEO, Managing Directors and the board. With operations spanning two countries and a listed environment with both
equity and debt instruments in play, the legal agenda is varied, consequential and genuinely yours to own.

The impact you’ll make: * Manage and coordinate claims, disputes, arbitration, litigation and mediations across multiple jurisdictions, instructing external counsel, monitoring costs and case progress and advising the business on litigation risk and strategy. * Identify and assess legal exposure early, advising on risk mitigation and helping the business manage contentious matters before they escalate, including enforcement, injunctions and interim relief. * Run discovery and investigations, obtaining documents and information clearly as part of litigation and pre-litigation work. * Support strategic transactions through due diligence and legal risk analysis and help streamline the way we manage disputes and litigation. Your track record: * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, admitted to practice in Australia, with 2 to 3 years PQE. * Demonstrated experience managing commercial disputes across multiple forums, including court litigation, arbitration (domestic and international) and mediation. * Able to manage large case loads and tight court deadlines, juggling multiple matters at once and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders, plus strong negotiation skills. Bonus points if you also have: * Certifications or experience in dispute resolution, international arbitration or commercial litigation. * Familiarity with cross-border enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. * In-house claims-handling experience. * Familiarity with online gambling regulations and/or the live streaming space and knowledge of the wider technology and digital entertainment landscape. 301-Financial Services - 1220-301 Internal Auditor JOB SUMMARY: Under general direction of the CEO, this position is responsible for directing, managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities and operations of the internal company-wide audit program. The internal audit review process includes examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, quality of performance, and adherence to applicable laws and governing documents. The position supports the Board of Directors' commitment to strengthening governance, transparency, and oversight by ensuring that internal audit activities protect community resources, improve operational efficiency, and promote compliance with laws and governing documents. Work involves regular contact with the Board of Directors, CEO, VMS departments, residents, legal counsel, and external auditors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Establishes risk-based internal audit plans using a systematic and disciplined approach to determine the priorities of internal audit activities. Conducts company-wide financial, operational, compliance and program audits spanning transactions, operational policies and procedures, and administrative regulations; makes appropriate recommendations for corrective action. Collaborates with VMS departments to accurately assess current practices and ensure adoption of recommended actions to safeguard assets and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
