About the Position
As Training Manager, you will join our Training team, working alongside two colleagues. Your primary responsibility is to support
Aimpoint’s goals through your expertise in product usage and your strong background as an educator. You will assist the sales team
by delivering professional and commercial product demonstrations and provide qualified delivery training to customers after sales.
Your skills will be instrumental in supporting new product development and expanding into new customer markets and partnerships.
The focus will be on customers within the military, law enforcement, security industry, sports shooting, and hunting sectors.
Responsibilities
This position is based at Aimpoint’s headquarters in Malmö, but requires national and international travel, approximately 80–120
days per year. Regular customer and end user visits are integral to the role.
You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and your training team, reporting directly to the Director Training
Wing.
Qualifications
We seek someone who thrives in a role where educational and pedagogical skills are fully utilized, and who is driven to move
forward even when not all answers are clear from the outset. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust-based
relationships are essential, as is flexibility to meet customers and partners effectively and adapt quickly to changing
circumstances.
Risk management expertise and a strong understanding of safety, discipline, and organization are vital. You should possess
excellent planning skills, but also be comfortable working ad hoc as needed. Courage balanced with realism, and confidence to
prioritize activities that drive results, are highly valued.

About the Position As an Area Sales Director, you will be part of a team of 7 people within the Professional business area, focusing on Law Enforcement, i.e., Police and Military. You will develop, nurture, and be responsible for our relationships with customers, end users, agents, distributors, and other partners in each market/country.
