360 RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – ENGINEERING & ENERGY (EUROPEAN MARKETS) We are expanding our consulting team at Amoria Bond and are looking to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants who are ready to take ownership of a 360 role within our European Engineering and Renewable Energy markets. This is an opportunity to develop an international desk, working across established and emerging European markets within either Advanced Engineering or Energy. You will be building long-term client relationships, delivering specialist talent solutions, and operating in a highly consultative, high-performance environment. This role is suited to recruiters who are confident in business development and delivery, and who are motivated by international exposure, market growth, and strong earning potential. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position focused on developing and growing a European market desk. You will be responsible for building and managing your own client portfolio across Europe, acting as a trusted partner to clients and delivering tailored recruitment solutions within engineering and energy sectors.
