About the Role: The Senior Category Manager - Americas is the commercial and operational owner of Emma's product category (one or several categories - Mattresses, Accessories, Beds, Linens) across Americas markets. You sit at the intersection of global strategy and in-market reality — responsible for ensuring the portfolio performs, launches land successfully, and consumer and commercial insights flow back into global decision-making. This is a dual-facing role: you translate global category strategy into Americas execution, while simultaneously representing North & South American market needs — consumer preferences, competitive dynamics, channel realities — back to global teams. You can develop local or regional product when needed to answer a specific country or region's consumer needs In a context where Category Management at Emma is evolving toward stronger commercial ownership, faster feedback loops, and sharper portfolio performance, this role is critical to delivering on-the-ground results while building a stronger link between strategy and execution.

This is a pivotal time for us as we're building a dedicated, in-house team to deliver, manage, monitor, and optimize our growing portfolio of automation solutions. This team is at the forefront of our digital transformation, ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of critical automation capabilities across WPP globally You will play a crucial role in solution delivery and day-to-day technology management of the Global Automation program. Reporting to the AI & Automation Product Manager and AAI Team Lead, you will be in charge of a dedicated crew of developers and testers delivering our existing automation products to new markets. You will ensure that product implementations are configured, adapted, and extended to meet local needs while maintaining global standards. The AOC is chartered to develop and delivery automation products, support global automation products or projects delivered by Automation delivery teams from around WPP. We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with 3-4 years of experience who is ready to take the lead in delivering automation solutions to diverse markets. You will coordinate closely with local business and technical stakeholders to ensure our global automation processes are implemented with speed, precision, and high quality. What you'll be doing: * Implementation Leadership: Lead a small crew of developers and testers to configure, adapt, extend, and implement existing automation products for specific market rollouts. * Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between the global AOC and market-based stakeholders to gather and document local requirements. * Agile Artefact Management: Diligently maintain the project artefact chain, ensuring all documentation — including Briefs, PRDs, Charters, Architecture, Specs, and Sprint Plans — is accurate and current. * Sprint & Timeline Tracking: Maintain rigorous oversight of project timelines and sprint progress, ensuring sprint plans, and deviations, are understood and documented. * Communication Management: Provide clear and timely updates to all stakeholders, managing expectations and highlighting potential risks to the Product Manager. * Requirement Translation: Translate local business needs into technical specifications for the development team while ensuring alignment with core product architecture. * Quality Assurance Oversight: Coordinate with testers to ensure that market-specific configurations meet our global performance and security standards before launch. * Documentation Contribution: Assist in maintaining and updating implementation runbooks and knowledge base articles based on local deployment experiences. * Adherence to Procedures: Strictly follow established operational procedures, security policies, and incident management protocols within the AOC framework. * Performance Reporting: Gather and report on implementation metrics, contributing to the continuous improvement of our global rollout strategy. What you'll need: * Overall experience: 3-4 years of experience in technical project coordination, implementation management, or a related technical operations role. * Agile Methodology: Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and a solid history of managing of sprint-based delivery. * Technical Literacy: Proven understanding of Automation and AI concepts; experience with Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (D365) is a significant plus. * Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Finance or HR back-office systems and business processes is highly desirable. * Technical Tooling: Proficiency in using project management and sprint tracking tools such as Jira, Wrike, or MS Planner. * Effective Communicator: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate both business and technical discussions. Advanced level English language skills are required. * Problem-solving: Proven experience dealing with technical blockers and finding pragmatic solutions for local implementation challenges. * Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and timeline management. * Global Mindset: Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones to support our global expansion. * Proactive Attitude: Strong desire to learn new automation technologies and take ownership of implementation success.
