The role
We're looking for hungry, commission-driven sales professionals to help families transform their children's education through our
online tutoring programs. You’ll be calling warm leads (they’ve clicked our ads) and closing sales for educational packages
ranging from $99-$1,499.
This is not a customer service role - we need closers who love the thrill of winning deals and hitting targets.

ABOUT THE ROLE As the first Sales Development (Outbound) based in Mexico, at ElevenLabs you will play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy, while working closely with the Account Executives. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with enterprises to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will: * Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market. * Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers * Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion. * Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends. * Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness. * Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results. REQUIREMENTS * At least 2-3 years outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings. * Demonstrated ability to build Opportunity sized lead lists in new markets and categories * Experience with full suite of prospecting tools * Demonstrated ability to build, scale process * Demonstrated ability to nurture a team * Curiosity - asking insightful questions and developing solutions from a foundation of knowledge and insight. * Self-motivated, thriving as part of a team while possessing the ability to stay driven and proactive independently. * Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English #LI-Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Sales Development (Lead) to lead and scale our growing LATAM SDR team. You’ll be stepping into an exciting phase: we already have a strong foundation SDRs in place, new starters joining, and more hires planned as we continue to grow. This role is pivotal in shaping how we generate pipeline, break into new markets, and drive top-of-funnel excellence at ElevenLabs. You’ll bring structure, coaching, and strategy to a high-velocity team, while working closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to fuel our ambitious growth targets. OVERVIEW As a Clinical Education & Market Development Manager for México, you will play a pivotal role in transforming medical learning and clinical practice for medical students and doctors in Latin America and México. As a member of our Latin American team, you'll leverage your medical expertise to help us bring the next-generation resource to medical students and physicians. In this role, you’ll use your medical background and regional knowledge to build meaningful connections, develop creative growth strategies, and bring high-quality medical learning resources to future and current physicians. You’ll work closely with our Latin American team, including marketing, product, and institutional sales experts, to grow our presence, strengthen partnerships, and support initiatives that make a real difference for medical professionals in your region. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Shape Local Strategies: Work with the team to design and implement marketing and outreach plans tailored to your markets. * Grow Our Community: Develop and lead strategies to reach new medical students, doctors, and institutions, helping them discover and benefit from our platform. * Build Partnerships: Connect with medical associations, universities, and student organizations to create collaborations that expand access and awareness. * Lead key Campaigns: Help plan and run regional campaigns, roadshows, events, and webinars that engage and inspire the medical community. * Measure Impact: Track progress and share insights to improve future strategies and celebrate successes.
