About This Role A Sales Development Representative (SDR), Pro Sales is responsible for generating a qualified pipeline of leads and opportunities for the Pro Sales Account Executive team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, identifying and engaging commercial real estate brokers and owners who match Crexi’s ideal customer profile, and converting those initial touches into booked meetings and qualified opportunities that drive new paid subscription revenue. What You’ll Do * Runs high-volume outbound prospecting — cold calls, emails, and social touches — to engage commercial real estate brokers and owners matching Crexi’s ideal customer profile. * Books qualified meetings and introductory calls between prospective customers and Pro Sales Account Executives. * Qualifies inbound and outbound leads, verifying fit and readiness before handing off to the AE team. * Manages and maintains an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all prospecting activity and outcomes are logged in real time. * Uses Outreach and AI-assisted tools (email drafting, call prep, prospect research) to increase outbound volume and personalization. * Maintains expert-level knowledge of Crexi’s Pro product value proposition and competitive landscape, and helps peers sharpen their messaging in team discussions and call reviews. * Collaborates with the SDR team and SDR Manager to share market signals, refine messaging, and improve prospecting sequences. * Shares customer and market feedback with internal teams to help refine Crexi’s go-to-market approach. * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a sales or customer-facing organization. * 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity targets. * Demonstrated cold-calling experience and comfort with high-volume outbound (required). * Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a sales engagement platform (Outreach, Salesloft, or similar) preferred. * Commercial real estate background or exposure preferred, not required. Who You Are * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and qualify prospects quickly over phone and email. * Disciplined outbound work ethic with a track record of consistently exceeding activity and pipeline targets. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Zoom, and RingCentral. * Comfort using AI-assisted tools for call prep, email drafting, and prospect research to increase efficiency and personalization. * Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to receive and apply constructive feedback. * Proven, creative problem-solving approach with the ability to adapt messaging and tactics based on response data. * Curiosity and interest in developing as a sales professional with a long-term growth mindset. * Commercial real estate exposure or interest is a plus. The anticipated base salary range for candidates is $65,000 to $75,000 a year with eligibility for generous commissions, equity, and healthcare insurance. . The ideal candidate brings experience in reproductive medicine, laboratory environments, and marketing within medical devices or biotechnology.
