Does this sound like you? * Engineering Leadership Experience: 5+ years in backend engineering, with at least 2 in a team lead or tech lead role managing a squad in a product-driven environment. * Backend Expertise: strong command of distributed systems and API design, with a track record of delivering robust, scalable services in a high-growth or regulated industry. * Proven Delivery Ownership: demonstrated ability to own end-to-end delivery of complex features, from technical scoping and planning to production rollout, balancing speed with quality. * Clear and Effective Communication in English: comfortable engaging with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders; able to represent your team's work to leadership and translate business needs into technical direction * Passion for Fintech and Financial Products: genuine interest in how technology is reshaping the way businesses manage money, with an appreciation for the responsibility that comes with building in a regulated, high-trust environment. As Engineering Manager for our Edge & Network team in the Platform Engineering domain, you will lead the team responsible for the very entry point of our ecosystem. What you'll bring * Proven experience leading and scaling infrastructure or platform engineering teams in high-growth environments. * Deep technical expertise in modern networking, including Service Mesh, Load Balancing, and Edge computing. * A strong track record of managing distributed systems on public cloud providers, specifically GCP. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and a "platform-as-a-product" mindset to empower other developers. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex network architecture into clear business outcomes.
