What you'll be doing As our Project Manager - Finance Transformation, you will bridge the Product/Business and Finance teams to integrate new features into Satispay's financial ecosystem. You will autonomously lead end-to-end transformation projects focusing on tax compliance, billing engines, and financial front-end management to scale infrastructure efficiently. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Finance Transformation. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: * Product & Finance Integration - Act as the primary Finance stakeholder in product development cycles, analyzing new product flows to define and implement billing, tax, and accounting requirements from inception to launch; * Tax & Fiscal Compliance PMO - Lead the implementation of fiscal, VAT, and regulatory requirements for new products across different European jurisdictions, ensuring the front-end and billing systems capture all necessary data accurately; * Billing & Invoicing Architecture - Supervise and optimize the billing engine flows for new business lines, ensuring automated, accurate, and compliant invoicing processes for both B2B and B2C segments; * Finance Front-End Management - Own and improve the financial front-end processes, ensuring that transaction data, merchant payouts, and user balances reconcile perfectly between our core platform and the back-office accounting systems; * Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Core Accounting teams to scope projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery; * Process Automation - Identify opportunities to eliminate manual financial workflows triggered by new product launches, driving automation and scalability within the Finance operational stack; * Welfare Scope - Manage processes and act as the point of contact for other departments regarding existing welfare products and future launches/developments. Does this sound like you? * Experience - At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation, FinTech Operations, or financial systems implementation; * Domain Knowledge - Solid understanding of financial product flows, billing/invoicing systems, and basic corporate tax/VAT logic applied to digital products or payments; * Proactive Mindset - Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and meeting tight deadlines with precision; * Ownership, Accountability, and Team Contribution - Ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional projects and take full responsibility for the finance readiness of new product launches, while actively contributing to the overall agility and performance of the Finance team; * Technical Skills - Comfortable working with complex data structures, APIs, and modern digital ecosystems. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ERP integrations (knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus) or SQL/data tools are highly valued; * Languages - Fluent in Italian and English, ensuring effective communication with international teams.
