The following information is representative of the essential functions performed in this specific position.
As you will be working in a retail store environment the position involves constant spoken communication but also reaching,
carrying, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. It will occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, and crouching. You
may also occasionally lift material up to 25 pounds (11.3 kg).

global DTC Retail team, you will help to revolutionize
conventional retail business and deliver the WOW to our

RESPONSABILITÀ Creare l'Esperienza Polène * Adottare l'approccio giusto per influenzare attivamente il tasso di conversione, assicurando che ogni nuovo visitatore si senta accolto, apprezzato e desideroso di tornare. * Consigliare e assistere i clienti durante il loro percorso d'acquisto, offrendo un servizio di qualità dall'accoglienza alla partenza. * Offrire esperienze clienti personalizzate ed eccellenti, affrontando attentamente le esigenze e esemplificando l'immagine di Polène. * Promuovere e incoraggiare vendite aggiuntive, padroneggiando e informando i clienti sui nostri servizi durante e dopo gli acquisti. Gestione della Cassa e Altri Compiti * Gestire l'apertura e la chiusura delle casse e processare le transazioni. * Sviluppare il follow-up clienti CRM e partecipare alla redazione del report quotidiano del negozio. * Garantire la manutenzione del negozio, incluso il merchandising, il mantenimento dell'area di vendita e il supporto agli stockisti con compiti di organizzazione e inventario. Apertura e Chiusura del Negozio * Preparare il negozio prima dell'apertura: attivare l'illuminazione, le attrezzature, la musica, verificare il merchandising e rifornire le borse per lo shopping. * Chiudere il negozio dopo l'orario di chiusura: avviare le telecollette, mettere in sicurezza le casse, inviare i report, disattivare l'illuminazione e le attrezzature, regolare il * merchandising in base allo stock, organizzare i materiali e spegnere la musica. Who you are: * Fluency in both Italian and English * You have experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical advisory roles within a SaaS or technology environment. * Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations, data flows, and common SaaS architecture. * Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate technical concepts into business value. * Customer-centric and commercially aware, with strong problem-solving ability. * Comfortable managing multiple sales opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously. * Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Customer Success. * Organized, proactive, and motivated by solving customer challenges through technology. Who you are: * Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English * You have prior experience in customer success, account management, roles in a SaaS or technology environment. * Proven ability to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction (NPS), and retention results. * You are technically confident and able to guide customers through setup, usage, and best practices. * Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
