in Canada. This role plays a critical part in maximizing vehicle value across the full vehicle lifecycle, driving operational
excellence, and delivering a premium experience for our Polestar Space partners and fleet customers across the Canadian market.

As Sales Manager, Fleet Operations, Pre-Owned & Remarketing – Canada, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and
continuously optimizing Polestar’s Pre-Owned, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), remarketing, and fleet vehicle operations in Canada. You
will oversee day-to-day operations for company fleet vehicles, commercial and corporate fleet sales, off-lease returns, and rental
vehicles, while defining processes, pricing strategies, and performance management to support Polestar Canada’s growth ambitions.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales Operations, Regional Operations, Financial Services, and Marketing),
Polestar Spaces, auction partners, logistics providers, and title management companies to ensure efficient execution, regulatory
compliance, strong financial performance, and a best-in-class customer and dealer experience.
This position is based in our Mascouche, QC headquarters and reports to the Head of Sales.

About the role We are looking for a driven, organized and experienced Creator Manager to join our Content department in Canada, supporting our most prestigious creators in their long-term growth. You’ll be responsible for supporting our high-level shows with their revenue and audience growth strategies. You’ll do this with bespoke strategies covering audience growth, content ideation, product adoption and by working closely via a two-way feedback loop with our sales, creative and brand partnerships teams. You’ll support creators with their podcast strategy across the platforms they choose to distribute and monetize on - from Apple Podcasts and Spotify to YouTube and Instagram, and more. In your daily work you’ll apply a data-driven approach, be able to demonstrate a sensitivity to commercial opportunities and brands, an appreciation of the rapidly evolving podcast landscape, as well as an instinct for how to promote podcasts and a strong passion for podcasting yourself. You will be responsible for elevating your creators to our sales and marketing teams, equipping them with all the information they need. And you will act as a consultant for our product and marketing teams - advising them on creator needs and collaborating on campaigns. You’ll be trusted to manage and lead a roster of the most well-loved and in-demand shows in the Canadian Market, and you’ll be the first point of contact for their high level questions as well as attending events to support them - so we’re looking for someone who is service-minded with a passion for establishing and nurturing valuable relationships. What you´ll do * Manage high-level relationships with current and future creators, producers, networks and publishers. * Identify areas for audience growth which includes identifying, approaching, pitching to and signing new content partners to Acast, as well as developing new podcasting talent and formats. * Negotiate contractual relationships with content providers (i.e. independent podcasters, talent agents/managers, networks). * Work with these creators on bespoke strategies to grow their revenue and audience through various methods covering marketing, content ideation, product adoption and by working closely with our sales, marketing teams and creative brand partnerships teams. * Ensure that the sales teams locally and globally have all the information they need to best monetize your creators’ shows. * Guide and assist content partners with integration into our systems. * Maintain internal tracking documents, as necessary. * Liaise and consult with other internal teams, such as product, legal, comms. * Support branded content sales initiatives where required. * Create and present regular partnership review meetings with creators. * Ad hoc projects as required. Who you are * You are commercially-minded with a good understanding of content, audience growth and the media landscape. * You have exceptional verbal and written interpersonal, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills. * You enjoy working in a fast paced environment, are highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing many different projects at once. * You’re a team player who is collaborative, creative, highly motivated and a real self-starter. * Experience working directly with talent, creators and agents is ideal. * Ability to build a pipeline and negotiate agreements. * Previous experience in creator or branded partnerships, production, journalism, digital media, marketing is a plus. * Tech savviness is a plus * Fluency in French and based in Montreal is required * Passionate about podcasting! As Station Manager, you're the captain of your ship. You'll own the day-to-day operations of the Miami station — leading your team, keeping the fleet in top shape, and making sure every customer drives away as a happy roadsurfer. You'll also be someone who thrives on data: tracking quality scores, analyzing what's working, and making smart, cost-conscious decisions to keep the station performing at its best. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Station & Operations Management * Autonomously lead and establish station operations, collaborating closely with headquarters to manage day-to-day activities on-site. * Implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas to improve vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation. * Maintain constant communication with international teams to ensure ongoing optimization across all roadsurfer locations. Performance & Quality Management * Own your station's Service Quality Score (SQS) — roadsurfer's core KPI that measures customer experience through post-rental surveys. * Monitor and act on the two pillars of SQS: Fleet Care Quality (van cleanliness and technical condition) and Customer Care Quality (staff friendliness and pickup wait times). * Analyze performance data and trends to identify gaps and implement strategies to get — and stay — above target. Team Leadership & Workforce Planning * Motivate and guide your on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control. * Manage a team structure with both Core Team members (year-round) and a Flex Team (seasonal) brought on during peak season to support high-demand periods. * Build staffing plans that balance full operational coverage with cost efficiency and service quality — you'll need to think like both a people leader and a budget owner. * Source and recruit the right talent to build and maintain a high-performing station team. Fleet Management * Oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners. * Ensure every van leaving the lot meets roadsurfer's standards — because the fleet is the product.
