About the Role As Project Manager, you will be a core driver of our program delivery, coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder programs from early engineering phases through operational deployment. You are responsible for the meticulous coordination of cross-functional internal teams, ensuring technical and operational requirements are met, and resolving program-level blockers to maintain critical schedules. Your leadership will ensure Harmattan AI's drone programs are delivered on time and on spec. Responsibilities * Delivery Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of complex drone systems and programs - including hardware and software design and delivery, maintenance, customer services and training activities. * Program Execution: Drive the deliverables across engineering, technical, and operational milestones. * Project Oversight: Guarantee that all deliverables meet established technical and operational requirements, ensuring end-to-end delivery success. * Issue & Risk Management: Proactively track and resolve program-level blockers, both technical and administrative, and manage project risks. * Enabler Identification: Identify missing project enablers and escalate internally to unblock delivery or alignment with program goals. * Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Interface with internal engineering teams and external partners/suppliers to align on technical requirements, timelines, and contractual commitments. Candidate Requirements * Experience in aerospace, defense, or another high-complexity technical industry is a strong plus. * 5+ years of experience in project/program management within a technology, engineering, or aerospace sector. * Strong delivery expertise on embedded systems (both hardware and software). * Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and technical deliveries in demanding operational environments is a strong plus. * Exclusive focus on project/program management in your career history. * Proven track record of coordinating technical teams to achieve program milestones. * Ability to manage programs in cutting-edge/disruptive environments. * Experience with contract management, vendor coordination, or technical transition programs is a plus. * Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills. * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Manager at Harmattan AI, you will be at the heart of company strategy, as you will be in charge of product specification and roadmap based on market and technological analysis, as well as full scale development and industrialisation of the product. You will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure market fit and successful delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES * Product Definition: Define product specification based on customer feedback, market analysis and technology; iterate and validate for technical, industrial and commercial feasibility. * Project Management: Develop, maintain, and update project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met during the whole lifecycle of the product. * Technical Coordination: Oversee the architecture and the technical development of the system across R&D and industrialisation phases, resolving challenges as they arise. * Team Leadership: Inspire and manage the project team to maintain a high level of performance and quality. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the key interface between technical teams, the product team, and other stakeholders (especially customers, sales, marketing and program) to align efforts and ensure tenders and projects success. * Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of engineering and other resources to meet project goals effectively. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in technical roles. * Experience and ecosystem knowledge in one of the following field is highly desirable: defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, radars/RF/radio, optronics, PNT, AI, or related industries. * Customer and product-oriented. * Proven experience managing cross-functional, high-complexity aerospace, defense or robotics projects that have reached industrialisation. * Strong technical background with the ability to understand and resolve complex engineering challenges. * Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organisational skills. * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success. About the Role As Field Service Lead, you run the team that keeps the organisation's deployed complex technical systems operational across customer sites. You own the maintenance program, the readiness of the deployed estate, and the standards your team works to — and you serve as the senior escalation point for complex faults that go beyond first-level resolution. This is a hands-on leadership role: you combine advanced technical depth with team coordination on the ground. This is the senior tier of the Field Service track — same maintenance DNA as the Field Service Specialist, with added team leadership, maintenance-program ownership, spares and sustainment accountability, and advanced-diagnosis authority. Responsibilities * Team Leadership: Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of Field Service Specialists across multiple customer sites; allocate resources and ensure consistent, high-quality maintenance execution. * Maintenance Program Ownership: Own the preventive and corrective maintenance program for the deployed estate; ensure systems are kept at operational readiness. * Standards & Procedures: Define and maintain maintenance standards, procedures, and checklists; ensure adherence and drive continuous improvement. * Senior Escalation & Advanced Diagnosis: Act as the senior point for complex fault diagnosis and corrective action escalated from the field; oversee depot-level and sub-assembly repair capability. * Spares & Sustainment Management: Own the spare-parts and sustainment model — availability, consumption tracking, reorder signals, and obsolescence management; feed reliability and failure-trend data back to engineering. * Readiness Reporting: Track and report system availability and maintenance status; identify and resolve issues before they affect operational readiness. * Customer Enablement: Oversee knowledge transfer and support to customer maintenance teams; drive toward their operational autonomy. * Escalation Bridge: Serve as the link between field maintenance and engineering for recurring or systemic issues. Candidate Requirements * Substantial hands-on maintenance experience on complex electromechanical and/or electronic systems. * Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating field service or maintenance teams — leadership is a hard requirement, not a seniority label. * Advanced diagnostic depth: able to lead complex fault diagnosis and oversee component and sub-assembly-level repair. * Solid grasp of maintenance management: preventive programs, spares and sustainment, readiness tracking, and procedure definition. * Comfortable across hardware servicing and system software operations — diagnostics, configuration checks, applying updates. * Field leadership temperament: sound judgment under pressure, ability to keep a team effective and safe in austere environments; procedural rigor and strong safety mindset in safety-critical operational settings. * Comfortable with regular travel across customer sites — field mobility is core to this role. * Clearance eligibility and ability to meet confidentiality obligations required. * Proficiency in English is mandatory; French and Arabic are a plus. Nice to Have * Experience in technical or industrial sectors with maintenance of complex equipment. * Experience leading field service or sustainment teams in aerospace, heavy-equipment, or similar high-tech sectors. * Depot or repair facility setup and management experience. * Train-the-trainer or customer enablement experience. * Prior leadership background in industrial maintenance or large-scale technical operations.
