Why we're hiring: This position will become an integral part of a dynamic and growing US Indirect Taxes Center of Excellence in WPP, one of the top Advertising firms in the world, you will enjoy a collaborative atmosphere and building of a new team to provide support to all US subsidiaries. What you'll be doing: * Prepare all US indirect tax filings including sales & use tax, gross receipts tax, personal property and Commercial Rent. * Provide excellent service to multiple US companies. * Ability to multitask and be involved in ad-hoc projects as needed. * Work with local Finance teams to build Indirect Tax calendar of filings, get copies of prior year filings & workpapers and build a new database with logins and passwords. * Responsible for monthly accruals and reconciliation of indirect tax accounts. * Handle and respond to notices and assist with tax audits including analyzing various transactions for auditor inquiries and gathering of requested data. * Assist Indirect Tax Manager to determine economic nexus and required registrations for all US companies. * Collaborate with 3rd party vendor and technology teams in the implementation of a tax engine. What you'll need: * A minimum of two years of Big 4 experience in indirect tax compliance and tax. * The ideal candidate will be an experienced problem solver with excellent writing and communication skills in English. * Prior Indirect Tax compliance experience using Tax software. * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Why we're hiring: The Programme Administrator (PA) is responsible for the successful maintenance, and continuous optimisation of WPP’s Commercial Card programme administration process. The role ensures accurate setup, compliant administration, effective cardholder support, and strong operational governance across regions and local entities. The PA acts as the central coordination point between WPP Shared Services, local finance teams, cardholders, Onboarding, Service teams, and Programme Managers. The role combines operational execution, process governance, user support, and system administration. What you'll be doing: * Maintain cardholder accounts, corporate billing accounts, and programme hierarchies. * Monitoring centrally billed payment processes and ensure timely settlement. * Administer account updates (name changes, company changes, hierarchical moves). * Provide guidance on applications, card issuance criteria, credit limits, and transaction limits. * Monitor, report, and remediate cardholder delinquency issues. * Support rollouts of new divisions, sites, billing accounts, and programme expansions. * Provide continuous cardholder and PA education.
