Why we're hiring: The Programme Administrator (PA) is responsible for the successful maintenance, and continuous optimisation of WPP’s Commercial Card programme administration process. The role ensures accurate setup, compliant administration, effective cardholder support, and strong operational governance across regions and local entities. The PA acts as the central coordination point between WPP Shared Services, local finance teams, cardholders, Onboarding, Service teams, and Programme Managers. The role combines operational execution, process governance, user support, and system administration. What you'll be doing: * Maintain cardholder accounts, corporate billing accounts, and programme hierarchies. * Monitoring centrally billed payment processes and ensure timely settlement. * Administer account updates (name changes, company changes, hierarchical moves). * Provide guidance on applications, card issuance criteria, credit limits, and transaction limits. * Monitor, report, and remediate cardholder delinquency issues. * Support rollouts of new divisions, sites, billing accounts, and programme expansions. * Provide continuous cardholder and PA education. What you'll need: Technical Skills * Strong understanding of commercial card processes (T&E, P‑Card, Corporate Card). * Proficiency with Corporate Card administration, reporting, applications, and maintenance ideal. * Knowledge of WPP hierarchy setup, MCC controls, card issuance policies, and billing structures. * Ability to manage data accuracy across systems Behavioural Competencies * High attention to detail. * Clear and professional communication skills. * Strong coordination and stakeholder‑management capability. * Ability to act as a change agent during process transitions. * Problem‑solving and issue‑management mindset. * Ability to deliver training to end users and local teams. Why we're hiring: Filing GST monthly RETURNS (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) of Clients , Filing of GST returns as per GSTR -2A & GSTR-2B Available Input tax credit (ITC), Preparation of GSTR-9 & 9C Annual Return (Indirect taxation). What you'll be doing: * Preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-6 * Reconciling Outward GL Liability balance with Register and incorporate items not covered in register but appearing in GL; * Coordinating the details of advances received and advances adjusted against subsequent billing, before finalising the monthly GST liability; * Preparation of GSTR-3B Returns, Addressing the queries of consultants related to input & output transactions, before arriving at the final liability; * Reconciliation of Inward Register with IMS & take action on GSTN Portal & then perform ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B * GST Credit reconciliation – Compiling the details, sending mails, calling vendors for resolution, etc. * Review of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Returns prepared by team and ensure that team adheres the timelines * Provide guidance to the team on new changes / amendments in law * GST Audit - Compiling the details for Annual GST Audit based on the monthly return and books of accounts. Why we're hiring: This position will become an integral part of a dynamic and growing US Indirect Taxes Center of Excellence in WPP, one of the top Advertising firms in the world, you will enjoy a collaborative atmosphere and building of a new team to provide support to all US subsidiaries. You will also be involved in implementing new technology and developing existing processes. What you'll be doing: * Prepare all US indirect tax filings including sales & use tax, gross receipts tax, personal property and Commercial Rent. * Provide excellent service to multiple US companies. * Ability to multitask and be involved in ad-hoc projects as needed. * Work with local Finance teams to build Indirect Tax calendar of filings, get copies of prior year filings & workpapers and build a new database with logins and passwords. * Responsible for monthly accruals and reconciliation of indirect tax accounts. * Handle and respond to notices and assist with tax audits including analyzing various transactions for auditor inquiries and gathering of requested data. * Assist Indirect Tax Manager to determine economic nexus and required registrations for all US companies. * Collaborate with 3rd party vendor and technology teams in the implementation of a tax engine. What you'll need: * A minimum of two years of Big 4 experience in indirect tax compliance and tax. * The ideal candidate will be an experienced problem solver with excellent writing and communication skills in English. * Prior Indirect Tax compliance experience using Tax software. * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
