THE OPPORTUNITY Does the opportunity to shape the future of NavVis Cloud, the platform powering our enterprise SaaS products, appeal to you? In this role, you will work closely with platform and backend engineers, product managers, and business operations teams to define and drive the roadmap for NavVis Cloud (NVC). You will play a key role in scaling our cloud-based platform that enables NavVis products to be deployed, operated, and evolved efficiently across thousands of customer environments. From release infrastructure and cloud operations to license management and developer tooling, you will help shape the foundation on which NavVis products are built and delivered. We are looking for your technical expertise, product mindset, and collaborative approach to help us evolve our platform capabilities and empower both our customers and internal teams. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT * You will own and maintain the NavVis Cloud roadmap, balancing commercial priorities, technical investments, and operational needs * Monitor product and delivery progress, identifying risks, scope changes, and opportunities early enough to drive corrective action * Leverage data, customer feedback, and operational insights to guide product decisions and ensure the platform continues to support NavVis' strategic goals * Use your curiosity and technical expertise to deeply understand the needs of our customers, internal developers, QA engineers, and business operations teams, translating their challenges into meaningful platform improvements * Actively engage with engineers and stakeholders to turn discovery into clear product requirements, specifications, architectural decision records, and actionable delivery plans * Represent customer and business needs in technical discussions, collaborating closely with engineers to evaluate trade-offs, feasibility, dependencies, and long-term platform implications * Prioritize across infrastructure improvements, platform capabilities, developer tooling, customer-facing features, and operational initiatives to maximize business impact * Proactively align stakeholders across engineering, support, customer success, product, and business operations, driving decisions and removing roadblocks for successful delivery WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE * A university degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field * 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, backend development, or a closely related technical role * Experience in product management, technical product ownership, or working closely with product managers to define and deliver software solutions * Hands-on experience with SaaS products, APIs, cloud platforms, or internal developer platforms * Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and platforms, including AWS services such as S3 and EKS, Kubernetes, containers, infrastructure-as-code, and service-oriented architectures * Experience collaborating with engineers with confidence and making informed trade-off decisions while balancing customer, business, and technical needs * Exposure to CRM, licensing, billing, or subscription management systems is considered a plus * Fluency in English as our official language of communication HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH Your recruiting partner for this role is Rina (she/her). This position is based in Munich or in Berlin, Germany. We’re recruiting a Product Manager to drive our automated identity verification solution, delivering compliance, security, and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle: capture market and customer needs, shape strategy and roadmap, and drive delivery with engineering. You will advise sales and customer‑facing teams and work directly with customers on product setup and solution patterns. The immediate priority is supporting customer migrations to a new platform driven by regulatory change; the role will broaden to encompass additional capabilities on the new platform over time. You will collaborate closely with Product & Technology Leadership and Sales Leadership across DACH and other markets. IDnow provides GenAI-enabled tooling and expects responsible, compliant use. * Business outcome ownership: define measurable goals and KPIs (adoption, quality, satisfaction) and drive outcome-oriented delivery. * Roadmapping: maintain an outcome-focused roadmap that converts market, regulatory and customer insights into prioritized initiatives; align with leadership and sales. * Delivery & specification: translate roadmap items into epics, user stories and testable acceptance criteria; lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews; make trade‑offs on scope, quality and timelines; coordinate release readiness and enablement. * Incident triage & quality: rapidly triage issues, gather context, coordinate fixes, run post-incident reviews and capture preventive actions in the backlog; communicate status to customer-facing teams and customers. * Migration support: help define pragmatic migration plans, cutover guidance, deprecation strategies and customer enablement materials; track adoption and surface risks. * Customer engagement: join customer meetings with Sales and Customer Success to validate value propositions via interviews, prototypes and pilots. * GenAI-‑enabled ways of working: use GenAI to accelerate discovery, specification, incident summaries and reporting—ensuring human oversight and compliance.
