What You’ll Be Up To: * Implementing Core services for the platform in .NET 10 that runs in Docker containers; * Developing features from DB to the APIs; * Ensuring the platform remains scalable and the codebase remains maintainable; * Proactively monitoring the services in production and spotting potential issues; * Care about the quality of produced code by covering it with unit and e2e tests; * You will be a part of an exciting, open, and agile team, where your voice matters and has a company-wide impact. Purpose of the Position As Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of designing, building and operating scalable, high-quality systems within our award‑winning marketing platform. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, influencing engineering practices, and driving improvements across the team and wider organisation.  You are a highly experienced and pragmatic technologist with a strong product mindset, able to balance technical excellence with business impact. The Team You will be joining our Tracking tribe, a cross functional team at the core of the business, responsible for building and evolving Awin’s tracking platform, the backbone of our affiliate marketing network.  Tracking is critical to how Awin operates: it ensures accurate attribution, reliable reporting, and partner trust across advertisers and publishers.  Key tasks and responsibilities * Own the end-to-end delivery and operation of features and services. * Design, build, and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. * Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. * Improve existing applications, reduce technical debt, and strengthen reliability. * Collaborate with Product Managers to turn business needs into technical solutions. * Identify and address technical risks, performance issues, and scalability challenges. * Champion engineering quality through testing, code reviews, tooling, and best practices. * Troubleshoot complex production issues and support system resilience. * Mentor engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth. * Improve team processes across planning, delivery, and retrospectives. * Collaborate effectively with local and remote teams across the organisation.  Whilst the above outlines the general expectations of the role, we expect this position to evolve over time, offering opportunities to gain deeper knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate marketing domain.
