THE CHALLENGE: We're looking for an Engineering Director to lead our Patient Health Companion organization, a key initiative transforming Doctolib into a daily health companion, enabling everyone to manage their health and wellbeing proactively. You'll oversee 4 engineering teams and their managers, including our flagship Health Companion for Parents of young children, which aims to revolutionize how we support parents to care proactively for their children's health and wellbeing. You will be accountable for translating scientific opportunities into product-relevant initiatives, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that research outcomes create measurable value for our partners, products, and mission. This is a leadership role with responsibility for people, project portfolio, and cross-functional alignment.
