Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit und unbefristet eine:n Internal IT Administrator (all genders) mit Wohnsitz
in München, Köln oder Nürnberg. Wir leben remote first, aber die Nähe zu einem unserer Büros ist für diese Stelle wichtig, weil
gelegentlich Hardware vor Ort betreut und verwaltet werden muss.
Dein Arbeitsalltag bewegt sich typischerweise zwischen operativem IT-Support, der Verantwortung für unsere Infrastruktur und
kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen unserer internen IT-Umgebung.
Ein Teil der Rolle besteht in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer cloudbasierten Workplace-Infrastruktur. Dazu gehören die
Administration von Microsoft 365, Identity- und Access-Management in Entra ID / Azure AD, SSO-Integrationen,
User-Lifecycle-Management sowie das Endpoint-Management für Windows- und macOS-Geräte.
Du kümmerst dich um interne IT-Anfragen, analysierst und löst Probleme rund um Authentifizierung und Zugriffsrechte, unterstützt
Onboarding-Prozesse und stellst sicher, dass Mitarbeitende zuverlässig und sicher auf alle benötigten Tools zugreifen können.
Gleichzeitig übernimmst du Ownership für deine Bereiche: Du sorgst für die Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von
Endpoint-Sicherheitsstandards, optimierst Geräte-Richtlinien, erkennst wiederkehrende Probleme und treibst pragmatische
Verbesserungen bei Tools und Workflows voran – nicht nur reaktiv auf Tickets, sondern mit einem Blick für nachhaltige Lösungen.
Zur Rolle gehört außerdem die Administration interner Services auf Linux-basierter Infrastruktur, VPN-Management sowie die
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen technischen Teams, wenn Systeme ineinandergreifen.
Darüber hinaus betreust du unsere Atlassian-Umgebung (Jira und Confluence), inklusive Workspace-Konfiguration, Automatisierungen,
Berechtigungsmanagement und allgemeiner Verbesserungen der Usability für interne Teams.
Diese Position passt zu dir, wenn du gerne über verschiedene IT-Bereiche hinweg arbeitest, Prioritäten selbstständig setzt und in
einem dynamischen Umfeld Sicherheit und Usability sinnvoll miteinander in Einklang bringen willst.

You work at the intersection of IT security, user support, and system administration, ensuring that our teams can operate in a stable, secure, and modern IT environment. You contribute your technical expertise to security concepts, onboarding processes, and our overall system landscape. YOUR MISSION JOB TITLE: Physical Infrastructure Access Administrator JOB LOCATION: Coalisland – in office THE JOB This is a fantastic opportunity to join our business as we continue to grow. Working within a busy team, you will work closely with others to ensure all the administration tasks related to our network build are completed in line with the Openreach PIA requirements. Full training will be provided. YOUR PROFILE WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You will be responsible for the following areas and activities: * Completion of administration tasks within a timely and accurate manner * Reading cable maps and adding to Openreach Map (training will be provided) * Assist in the production of reports as required by management and wider functions * Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, and to standards for safety and compliance * Responding to queries and requests from across the business to support delivery * Quality checking TRR maps on Arc * Submitting daily whereabouts to the client, including extracting all whereabouts and populating onto excel * Submitting weekly whereabouts, including details of where future works will be and uploading information onto Openreach (OR) portal * Creation of Network Adjustments using both Arc and the OR portal to create A55 packs * NOI (notice of Intent) creation to advise OR of the future use of their structure, including extracting information from design maps * Identifying missing inventory from the OR portal and raising cases with OR to resolve * Gather data on D-poles, identifying which are able to be worked on and which need to be replaced by OR before completing works * Create SPO (self-provide order) evidence for submission to evidence work completed is to OR standard * Liaise with design to ensure that all design changes are recorded and uploaded to OR portal * Reporting of damages of network to Openreach WHY US?
