Wir wollen die erste Anlaufstelle für den Autowechsel werden. Mit einer Kombination aus Technologie, Medien und tiefem Verständnis
für den Automobilsektor haben wir schon jetzt die Art, wie Menschen Autos (ver)kaufen, vermarkten und leasen, auf den Kopf
gestellt.
Was als einfache Neuwagen-Vergleichsplattform begann, ist heute einer der größten Online-Marktplätze für den Autowechsel in
Europa. Im letzten Jahr allein sind wir dabei mit Fahrzeugen, die im Wert von über 5 Mrd. € über unser Portal gekauft, geleast
oder versteigert wurden, um über 50% gewachsen.
2024 haben wir mit der Übernahme von Autovia – der Plattform hinter AutoExpress und dem Evo Magazin – anschließend unsere
Reichweite über Nacht verdoppelt. Zusammen zählen wir nun mit fast 10 Mio. Abonnenten und 1,1 Mrd. jährlichen Aufrufen zu den
größten YouTube-Kanälen der Welt. Daneben verkaufen wir 1,2 Mio. Kopien unseres Print-Magazins und erreichen jährlich über 350
Mio. Menschen mit unserem Web-Content.
Und wir sind noch lange nicht fertig.
Als Marketplace Lead verantwortest du die Gesamtperformance unseres deutschen Marktplatzes (Get Your Car & Sell My Car - unsere
Bereiche für den Autokauf- und Verkauf). Du steuerst Angebot und Nachfrage ganzheitlich, setzt strategische Prioritäten und
stellst durch datenbasierte Entscheidungen nachhaltiges Wachstum sicher.
Du arbeitest lokal sowie global eng mit den Bereichen Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Finance und Product zusammen und
führst als Lead das Marketplace-Team in Deutschland.

JOIN OUR TEAM As a Director Performance Marketing, you will own the strategy, scaling, and optimisation of Westwing’s performance marketing engine across Europe, driving profitable customer acquisition, retention, and maximising customer lifetime value. Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and serving as a critical member of the Marketing Leadership team, you will define and execute our performance marketing roadmap across markets. You will lead a high-performing organisation with teams spanning across Performance Marketing, Analytics, and Growth processes. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly bridge analytical rigor with premium brand intuition, balancing high-level strategic vision with a hands-on, execution-focused mentality to maximise efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across the full customer funnel aligned with overall business goals and Westwing’s premium brand equity, while partnering with cross-functional leadership (Marketing, Product, Commercial) and acting as a strategic advisor to the Executive team * Lead and future-proof Westwing’s multi-million euro acquisition ecosystem across Europe, including Paid Social, SEA, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), Affiliate, and Creator Marketing * Identify, develop, and implement scalable internal processes, AI initiatives, and testing frameworks to enhance growth velocity and campaign execution * Continuously analyse channel performance metrics to maximise ROI, leveraging data-driven insights to shift budgets dynamically across international markets * Own and continuously refine Westwing’s Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) model, and establish best-in-class measurement frameworks, including incrementality testing, media mix modeling (MMM), as well as forecasting to connect marketing spend directly to business outcomes (LTV, CAC, EBITDA) * Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse team of senior leaders and experts, embedding a data-driven mindset and culture of innovation and accountability to build a bridge between technical execution and creative thinking YOU COME WITH * 10+ years of professional experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth at scale for a consumer-facing or marketplace brand * 5+ years of leadership experience with experience in scaling international, cross-functional teams and managing significant multi-million euro marketing budgets * A deep understanding of modern performance ecosystems combined with a passion for home & living, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes while respecting a premium brand’s identity * Advanced proficiency in data analysis, data interpretation, and modern measurement frameworks (attribution, MMM, incrementality testing) * Readiness to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and international environment with a strong drive to innovate and take Westwing to the next level * Fluency in English and German to ensure seamless collaboration with diverse local and international stakeholders WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it. AREAS OF OWNERSHIP: * Own the end-to-end relationship with Microsoft, and assigned strategic technology partners, building trusted relationships across partner sales, product, and ecosystem teams. * Develop and execute joint business plans that align on shared goals, co-sell motions, and marketplace strategy (e.g., Marketplace / ISV co-sell, private offers, MACC drawdown). * Drive IP co-sell and marketplace transactability, working with internal deal desk, product, and legal to make Parloa easy to buy and sell across partner platforms. * Source and accelerate joint pipeline by aligning Parloa account teams with partner field sellers, orchestrating co-sell plays and executive sponsorship where it moves deals. * Lead joint go-to-market and marketing initiatives from solution positioning and joint value propositions to co-branded events, MDF-funded campaigns, and enablement. * Run regular cadences and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with each partner, tracking KPIs on pipeline, influenced revenue, and program milestones. * Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to ensure seamless alignment and clear internal communication on partner priorities. WHO YOU ARE: * 8+ years of experience in technology alliances, partner management, or channel/co-sell roles within SaaS, Cloud, Contact Center, or AI sectors. * Direct, hands-on experience working with one or more hyperscalers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and/or data & AI platforms including their co-sell and marketplace programs. * A proven track record of building technology partnerships from the ground up and converting them into measurable co-sell pipeline and influenced revenue. * Strong working knowledge of partner ecosystem mechanics co-sell, marketplace transactability, ISV programs, MDF/incentives, and joint GTM planning. * Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when engaging C-level executives and senior partner stakeholders. * Professionally fluent in English & German * Preferably based in Munich * Willingness to travel internationally to engage partners, attend joint events, and meet enterprise stakeholders across regions.
