ABOUT US Our mission at Avelios is to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care. We are growing fast and want to keep expanding our team and business to fundamentally digitize healthcare for the better. We appreciate different backgrounds and see diversity as one of our strengths. THE TEAM AND ROLE As a Senior Product Manager (all genders) you will take end-to-end responsibility for the product strategy and further development of our core product areas within the Avelios platform — from discovery to delivery to rollout. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, our Medical team, customers, and partners, translating market and user needs into scalable, robust product features. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking meets digital transformation in healthcare. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and continuously evolve the roadmap for a dedicated module within Patient Treatment and Billing, balancing customer commitments, regulatory requirements, and strategic product progress * Turn clinical user needs and market signals into clear product decisions by defining problem statements, outcomes, epics, user stories, and measurable acceptance criteria—so teams can build robust workflows that fit everyday clinical practice * Proactively orchestrate customer and regulatory input across discovery, specification, and prioritisation, ensuring medical correctness and practical usability are embedded in new development * Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, and Implementation to enable predictable delivery: clarify scope, dependencies, and handovers; improve planning reliability; and raise quality and efficiency for the components you own * Plan and execute launches and enablement for your features by coordinating release readiness (documentation, training, internal roll-out prep), maintaining crisp stakeholder communication, and supporting go-to-market activities with the commercial and delivery teams YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Degree in a business or technology-related field, e.g. Computer Science, Medical Informatics or a comparable field * 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise startups * Proven excellence in product management processes: structured discovery, data-driven prioritisation, and reliable delivery * Strong analytical and decisive working style with a systematic problem-solving approach * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and align diverse stakeholders * Solid technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations is a plus * Passion for intuitive, modern digital products in healthcare * Fluency in English (spoken and written) YOUR BENEFITS * Variety in your tasks and the opportunity to take ownership * An international, informal team structure in a motivating start-up atmosphere, allowing you to participate directly in our customer growth story and the overall success of Avelios * Ability to gain valuable hands-on experience in a startup backed by leading international VCs * Support for your personal development through continuous learning and feedback * Set your own rhythm with flexible working hours and trust-based time tracking * A virtual stock option package (VSOP) that lets you participate in Avelios’ long-term value creation * A monthly meal allowance up to 75 euros, full coverage of the Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club or a subsidized Wellpass membership, a bike leasing program and Corporate Benefits that give you access to discounts from a wide range of providers in various areas

We appreciate different backgrounds and see diversity as one of our strengths. THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE To further shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager (all genders) who will actively drive our sales pipeline and help expand Avelios’ impact across the clinical sector. In this role, you play a key part in growing our customer base and ensuring that hospitals across Germany benefit from our software platform. You will work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Customer Success to manage the entire sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying prospects to closing deals and supporting long-term customer relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the commercial strategy of a fast-growing health-tech company and make a meaningful contribution to improving healthcare delivery. YOUR TASKS * Taking full ownership of the entire B2B sales process — from first contact to contract signature * Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience and successful implementation * Qualifying leads, advising potential customers, and converting them into long-term, satisfied partnerships * Developing tailored proposals that align customer needs with Avelios’ business objectives * Creating and refining sales strategies, presentations, and market analyses to expand the pipeline * Building and maintaining a strong network within the healthcare and hospital ecosystem * Tracking and reporting key sales KPIs to continuously improve forecasting and sales processes * Acting as a trusted point of contact for prospects and customers, clearly communicating product value to diverse stakeholders YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Completed degree in business, engineering, medicine, or a comparable field * Strong experience in B2B software sales — ideally in healthcare or the hospital environment * Proven track record of acquiring new customers and driving measurable commercial impact * Excellent presentation and negotiation skills across different audiences * Strong interest in digital health and solid technical understanding of software products * Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution capability * Independent, hands-on working style and enthusiasm for driving customer success * Fluent German skills and very good English skills YOUR BENEFITS * Variety in your tasks and the opportunity to take ownership * An international, informal team structure in a motivating start-up atmosphere, allowing you to participate directly in our customer growth story and the overall success of Avelios * Ability to gain valuable hands-on experience in a startup backed by leading international VCs * Support for your personal development through continuous learning and feedback * Set your own rhythm with flexible working hours and trust-based time tracking * A virtual stock option package (VSOP) that lets you participate in Avelios’ long-term value creation * A monthly meal allowance up to 75 euros, full coverage of the Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club or a subsidized Wellpass membership, a bike leasing program and Corporate Benefits that give you access to discounts from a wide range of providers in various areas
ABOUT US STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments. We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems, not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe today. YOUR MISSION We are looking for a Midweight/Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our in-house visual content team. You will be a true editorial partner who owns the post-production pipeline end-to-end, working closely with the Head of Design & Brand and the Visual Content Manager. We aren't looking for someone to just take orders and stitch clips together. You will be a creative collaborator who pushes back on direction, offers "Plan B" solutions on the timeline, and understands how to visualize invisible engineering and raw performance in a way that feels natural, not forced. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the edit from ingest to final delivery for high-end campaigns, technical deep-dives, and social assets. * Craft compelling stories that communicate the nuances of complex hardware and autonomous systems. * Handle professional color grading (utilizing ACES/DWG workflows) and immersive sound design natively within DaVinci Resolve. * Design and animate clean, functional 2D graphics and technical overlays that explain data and engineering concepts clearly. * Create large-scale motion design assets for trade show LED screens and global advertising campaigns. * Work with 3D product renders to composite them naturally into live-action shots, ensuring a seamless blend of digital and physical assets. * Actively contribute to the creative process by identifying narrative problems and proposing superior editorial solutions. QUALIFICATIONS * Bring 5–10 years of experience shaping stories within the outdoor, technical hardware, or high-performance lifestyle industries. * Operate as a DaVinci Resolve Expert by using the platform as your "home base" for high-end editing, professional color grading, and sound design. * Demonstrate After Effects Fluency through the creation of technical overlays and motion graphics that elevate the broader narrative. * Showcase 3D Proficiency as an added bonus, specifically with tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, or Unreal Engine for complex compositing. * Apply your Technical Sensibility to effectively market complex physical products and visualize high-performance engineering concepts. * Maintain a Collaborative Mindset in our fast-paced environment, where you’ll provide creative push-back and meaningful editorial insight. * Present a Portfolio/Reel that highlights a keen eye for pacing, color, and the use of motion design to enhance storytelling. HOW TO APPLY If this sounds like the kind of work you want to be doing, we'd love to see your reel. We are mainly looking to understand your sense of pacing, your eye for color, and how your motion work supports the broader story. If you have any "Before & After" breakdowns of your grades or compositing, please include them, we love seeing how our team builds their work.
