YOUR MISSION As a Senior Quality Manager (all genders), you will define, build-up and implement all Quality, Compliance und HSE processes and activities from the shopfloor up to the national & international regulatory authorities. Play a pivotal role in our journey to sustainable aviation by providing a state-of-the-art quality management system. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY * Own the end-to-end quality process. * Develop and implement an efficient, robust quality management system to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements. * Introduction and harmonization of efficient QMS processes (e.g. integration into ERP/MES). * Implementation, assurance, and further development of standards & certifications (e.g. AS/EN9100). * Management of internal, external and customer audits, from planning up to CAPA measures. * Work with the supply chain management team to ensure supplier product and process quality requirements. * Establish a streamlined overall quality process to effectively meet day-to-day operational requirements. * Interface to customers, certification bodies, and authorities for quality related topics. * Promoting a culture of quality and safety. YOUR PROFILE * 5–7 years of professional experience in quality management. * Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. * Extensive experience in Aircraft Development Programs, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge and expertise. * In depth-knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS/EN9100) and regulations (LBA, EASA). * Strong understanding of QMS, Audits, CAPA and HSE-Management. * Ability to integrate the QMS with other company systems (e.g. ERP). * Outstanding people skills, including empathy and strong interpersonal capabilities. * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, coupled with strong planning abilities for working with diverse stakeholders, including customers and regulatory bodies. * Fluency in both German and English, with advanced negotiation skills in both languages.
