As the Supply Chain Manager Batteries & Charger you will lead the development,
negotiation, and management of supply chain contracts, ensuring contractual compliance
and optimizing supplier performance.

YOUR MISSION As a Supply Chain Manager – Change Management, you will coordinate and manage engineering and supply chain change processes across multiple departments to ensure smooth implementation from planning to execution. You will act as a central interface between Design Engineering, Product Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production to ensure that change requests are properly planned, documented, and implemented. By maintaining accurate documentation, managing ERP data, and tracking the implementation of changes on the production line, you will help ensure efficient processes and seamless transitions from design updates to operational execution. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire supply chain, ensuring a seamless flow from procurement to final delivery. * Identify inefficiencies within the supply chain and implement sustainable improvement measures to eliminate bottlenecks. * Coordinate and manage the end-to-end change management process, ensuring smooth transitions from design updates to operational execution. * Work closely with Design, Product Engineering, Procurement, and Production to ensure alignment on all change requests. * Manage the transition of approved changes to Procurement and the warehouse to ensure implementation readiness on the production line. * Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize overstock and ensure a lean, responsive supply chain. * Maintain and manage all documentation within the NetSuite ERP system. * Track the status of change requests to provide full transparency and ensure synchronized processes across all internal and external partners. QUALIFICATIONS * BSc in supply chain, logistics, engineering or a comparable field * Experience in supply chain coordination, production planning, engineering support, or change management is an advantage * Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders * High attention to detail, especially when working with technical documentation and data * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production * Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus * Structured and solution-oriented working style * Good communication skills and the ability to follow up on processes and ensure progress * Good English skills; German is an advantage

YOUR MISSION As the Strategic Procurement Manager Defence/ Munitions you will lead the development, negotiation, and management of supply chain contracts, ensuring contractual compliance and optimizing supplier performance. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement strategies to optimize the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery. * Select, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms. * Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and implement improvement measures. * Analyse and mitigate supply chain risks to minimize disruptions. * Work closely with internal departments (Legal, R&D, Sales) and external partners. * Prepare reports and analyses on supply chain performance. * Evaluate and implement supply chain management software and technologies. QUALIFICATIONS * Completed degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification. * Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in Business Law, Munitions, Supply Chain Management, Procurement * Profound knowledge in drafting complex contracts and negotiating of contract terms * Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a good understanding of numbers. * Ability to identify complex problems and develop innovative solutions. * Ideally, experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, etc.). * Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working. * Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to take responsibility. * Business-fluent English and German strongly preferred.

YOUR MISSION Als Process Manager IT Logistics unterstützen Sie den Process Owner IT Logistik operativ bei der ganzheitlichen Betreuung und Optimierung der IT-gestützten Logistik Prozesse. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Aufnahme von Prozesslücken, der engen Betreuung der Superuser auf dem Shopfloor sowie der operativen Begleitung von System Rollouts (z.B. TMS). Ihr Ziel ist die softwareseitige Stabilisierung und Standardisierung unserer stark wachsenden operativen Abläufe (von Wareneingang und Lagerung über das Kitting für die Produktion bis hin zum Transportmanagement und Versand) zur Erreichung der Skalierungsziele des Unternehmens. RESPONSIBILITIES * Detaillierte Aufnahme, Analyse und Dokumentation der bestehenden Logistikabläufe direkt vor Ort in der Halle (Shopfloor-Shadowing) sowie im Transportbereich zur Identifizierung von Schwachstellen. * Ausarbeitung von Lastenheften, Detailkonzepten und funktionalen Spezifikationen basierend auf den globalen Zielprozessen. * Operative Begleitung, Koordination und Umsetzung von System-Rollouts (z.B. Einführung eines Transportmanagementsystems) und komplexen IT-Prozesseinführungen. * Vorbereitung und Durchführung von detaillierten Systemtests (User Acceptance Testing) sowie operative Unterstützung bei Datenmigrationen und der Sichtung der Stammdatenqualität. * Ausbildung und Koordination der ERP- und Logistik-Superuser in den operativen Fachbereichen sowie Erstellung von pragmatischen User Guides. * Übernahme des Level-2-Anwendungssupports und des Alltags-Troubleshootings bei Systemblockaden in der Lagerlogistik, der Materialbereitstellung (Kitting) und im Transportmanagement zur Entlastung des strategischen Bereichs. * Zentrale Koordination der Logistik-Business Anforderungen mit unseren internen NetSuite-Consultants sowie die Steuerung externer Partner (z.B. Software-Anbieter des TMS). * Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Prozess-Audits zur Sicherstellung der Richtlinien-, Qualitäts- und Prozess-Compliance. QUALIFICATIONS * Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement, IT-Projektmanagement oder in der Logistik-IT, idealerweise in einem agilen, stark wachsenden Umfeld. * Tiefgehendes Fachwissen in Logistikprozessen (Supply Chain Management, Materialfluss, Lager, Kitting sowie Transportmanagement und Versand/Zoll). * Fundiertes IT-Grundverständnis und eine sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe zur zügigen Einarbeitung in neue Logistik-IT-Systeme (z.B. Oracle Netsuite WM/EWM, TMS, WMS oder vergleichbare Branchenlösungen) sowie die Motivation, sich in neue Softwareumgebungen tief einzuarbeiten. * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz zur Identifizierung und Behebung von System- und Prozessschwachstellen. * Starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie diplomatisches Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit operativen Anwendern, Schichtleitern und internen Partnern. * Hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit im dynamischen Scale-up-Umfeld und eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise ("Hands-on-Mentalität"). * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
