OUR MISSION We're on a mission to create 10 million human firewalls! At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today's evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people. YOUR MISSION As a Founder's Associate Intern, you are part of our Business Operations team, working closely with our Founders and our Chief of Staff. This is not a theoretical strategy role where you polish slide decks or debate long-term vision. It's a hands-on execution role where you turn strategic decisions into reality and get a 360-degree view of what it actually takes to build a company. IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? We're currently looking for Founder's Associate Interns across two focus areas: Finance and Marketing. * Focus Finance: You work across the full finance stack: you support the development and maintenance of our financial model, take ownership of our financial tracking and accounting, monitor runway and budget across departments, and contribute to investor communications by preparing materials, reports, and KPI dashboards that reflect our performance and vision. You'll see what it takes to build the financial backbone of a venture-backed cybersecurity startup from scratch. * Focus Marketing: You work across the full marketing stack: You support paid and organic campaigns across different channels and draft content for our socials (e.g. LinkedIn & Reddit), blog, and newsletter. You help keep our brand and design assets sharp and consistent (Figma/Canva), and own the end-to-end logistics of webinars, conferences, and field marketing events. You'll see what it takes to build a B2B cybersecurity marketing engine from scratch. Whichever you choose, you'll own real work from day one. Across both focus areas, you'll spot opportunities to improve workflows, introduce effective tools, and bring more structure to how we operate. Expect to be pulled into projects outside your lane on a regular basis, wherever the team needs an extra pair of hands. WHY REVEL8? You... * Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a strong track record of academic excellence. * Are biased towards action and prioritize high-velocity execution, but know when precision is non-negotiable. * Are a "no task too small" operator: you understand that building a startup involves everything from high-level research to the nitty-gritty of daily operations. You're as comfortable fixing a broken internal process as you are analyzing market data. * Are a resilient problem-solver: you're open-minded and thrive in unfamiliar domains. When the path is ambiguous, you stay curious and keep pushing until you find a solution. * Are AI-native: AI tools are an essential part of your daily workflow to maximize speed and creativity. You pair this with solid proficiency in "classic" tools like Google Sheets, Slides, and Notion to structure and present your work clearly. * Are a fluent communicator: you speak fluent English (German is a plus), enabling seamless communication within our international team, with our clients, and other stakeholders. Bonus * (Finance) Previous exposure to financial modelling, accounting, controlling, or investor reporting. * (Marketing) Previous hands-on experience with paid social, content creation, video editing, or design tools like Figma or Canva. * A track record of side projects, student initiatives, or community work where you actually shipped something. Ideal Start Dates: * Finance Focus: 01.07.2026 * Marketing Focus: 01.08.2026 READY TO JOIN THE REVELUTION? Perfect, let's talk! Just submit your application, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. In case you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Melina from our People & Culture Team. We're looking forward to receiving your application!
