our employees, residents, and the broader communities we serve. Your Role: Community Administrator As a Community Administrator,
you’ll work closely with the Community Director, Business Manager, Leasing Manager, and onsite staff to provide exceptional
service to both current and prospective residents. This role blends administrative responsibilities with resident engagement and
leasing support, helping create a positive first and lasting impression of the community. What You’ll Do: • Manage the resident
services desk and maintain an organized office environment • Administer monthly rent collection, post rent and notices, and follow
up on delinquencies • Maintain accurate resident files and records • Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries for residents
inquiries and requests • Assist in the sales process by touring prospective residents and helping lease new apartment homes •
Promote a proactive, customer-first environment and strengthen resident satisfaction • Perform other duties as assigned to support
community operations What We’re Looking For: • 1–2+ years of administrative or customer service experience; property management
experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus • Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Availability to work 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Working weekends required) • Valid driver’s
license preferred Compensation & Perks: • The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $23.00-$25.00 DOE per hour for
this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs. • Performance Incentives: Annual

Working in a collaborative team-based environment, the Leasing and Site Administration will support the leasing team and OPS team throughout different property management and leasing tasks – this role is ideal someone looking to gain practical experience in sales, marketing, client service and property management. RESPONSIBILITIES * Work closely with the leasing team to support all stages of the leasing process. * Respond to prospective residents inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, encouraging property viewings. * Conduct property tours with prospective residents, providing accurate information and a professional, engaging experience. * Assist in qualifying prospective residents by identifying their housing needs and assessing their suitability. * Maintain and update availability and traffic reports * Sustain vacancy rates below the set threshold. * Carries out other duties and/or procedures related to leasing/ marketing as assigned. * Perform and document monthly site and vacant suite inspections. * Conduct Move-in and Move-out suite inspections * Help organize and host New Resident Events and Open houses in collaboration with the Service Coordinator and leasing team * Assist residents with maintenance requests when they come to the office, and pass it on to the maintenance tech * o Practice excellent resident relations through working collaboratively with other team members to ensure resident concerns and complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. * Recommend escalated action to the Property Manager for residents unresponsive to initial collection and tenancy breach warnings. * Provide general administrative support to leasing team and OPS team as required. * Responsible for booking and conducting the move-in and move-out inspections and assessing any charges and MO documentation * Fob creation, visitor parking passes, buzzer system registration for residents, parking and locker issuance (addendums, spreadsheet update and sending to PAs for posting) and vice versa for cancellations. * Follow up with residents upon completion of maintenance service requests, ensure that a high level of communication occurs in the event of a delay of completion. * Perform vacant suite inspections * Following up lease renewals, processing lease transfers and roommate changes for current residents * Issuing contractor and visitor passes and keys to contractors and ensuring appropriate sheet is filed up QUALIFICATIONS * Eager to gain hands-on exposure to property management, leasing, and site operations within a multifamily or residential environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner. * Customer service–focused mindset, with a genuine interest in creating positive resident experiences. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment. * Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment * Flexibility to work weekdays evenings and weekends, as required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with prospective and current residents, vendors, and internal teams. * Knowledge of RTB (Residential Tenancy Branch) regulations and procedures is considered an asset. The base salary for this position is between $48,000- $64,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). Assist with the move-in/move-out processes as directed by the manager 7. Assists with planning and coordinating resident relations events 8.
