members comes first - always. In this essential role, you'll serve as the first line of response for equipment-related issues,
ensuring the smooth and safe operation of machinery throughout the facility at the processing plant located in Enterprise, AL.
Between the production floor and the maintenance workshop, you'll perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and
electrical systems, and carry out preventive and emergency repairs. The role also requires mobility to respond quickly to
breakdowns or safety concerns on the production floor, helping maintain a reliable, efficient, and compliant processing
environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Identify and apply standard symbols used in industrial documentation. Diagnose
and repair drive-related issues to ensure optimal performance. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot bearing failures.
Assist in motor testing, diagnostics, and basic repairs. Analyze and troubleshoot electrical circuits using Ohm’s Law and
Kirchhoff’s Laws. Safely use multimeters and other diagnostic tools. Execute welding operations following safety and quality
standards. Interpret welding symbols and apply appropriate techniques for repairs and fabrication. Take on additional
responsibilities as needed to support the Maintenance and Plant Operations Team What You’ll Need Education: High School Diploma or
GED Preferred Experience: Prefer 1+ years’ experience in the Maintenance Field and basic understanding of welding and electrical
systems. Skills: A bility to multitask and work quickly, have good communication skills, ability follow instructions, and must be
a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations. (Less than 3 feet apart.) Physical requirements:

Job Overview The Maintenance Mechanic’s primary responsibility is to carry out maintenance repairs, PMs, and equipment modifications related to production processes and facilities. This responsibility will be accomplished by following proper food safety, and Health and safety procedures as well as following maintenance administrative procedures (e.g. Filling out work order and PM information). Location: Woodbridge, ON Shift: Day - (7:00AM - 3:00PM) *This role requires a 443A certification. Key Responsibilities: * Perform all planned maintenance (Preventive & Predictive) assigned in a timely manner and use Computerized Maintenance Management System to log in all planned, reactive and emergency activities. * Repair and capture detailed root cause and countermeasures of breakdowns and communicate effectively to management and peers. * Ensures effective and timely on-floor support to the maintenance department members, including regular, off-shift and weekend coverage as required. * Assist in the on-going improvement of work order system * Works with the maintenance and engineering team to implement permanent solutions for equipment and process problems * Support the effort to develop and document maintenance procedures, one point lesson and implement a competency-based training program. * Works as a team member on small and large technical projects. * Performs additional work as required. The Recipe for Success: * Licensed millwright (eg, 433A), Technician or Technologist Degree or Diploma related to maintenance/engineering, with a preference to electrical, mechanical and robotics specialization. * Ability to work with CMMS; conduct and complete planned maintenance tasks, able to complete work orders, and able to generate work orders. * Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven and high intensity environment * Strong communication, learning and teaching skills * Strong team player * Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical periodicals, procedures, engineering drawings and government regulations. * Highly motivated and capable of conducting root cause analysis to identify permanent countermeasure * Strong computer MS Excel skills including the ability to gather, analyze and present information and working knowledge of MS Office suite of programs. JOB OVERVIEW: 2nd Shift 6:30PM - 7:00AM This position consists of repairing and maintaining all production and facility equipment, new equipment installations, and maintaining established preventative maintenance programs. The qualified candidate will be a full journeyman in Machine Repair, Plant Mechanic, or Millright, must be proficient in reading mechanical/electrical prints, pneumatic schematics, and hydraulic schematics, proficient in pipe fitting skills of air, water, hydraulics, and must have good attendance record. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform changeovers, answer line calls, and troubleshoot. * Apply basic electrical skills. * Repair and maintain high speed production equipment. * Practice safe work habits. Follows proper lock out tag out procedures as required. The Maintenance Mechanic we are looking for should be willing and able to be hands on, teach, AND LEARN AND COLLOBORATE with our amazing team. They will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and are responsible for all essential maintenance functions, mechanical services and repair issues throughout the building. Maintenance Mechanic Job Description Responsibilities: All maintenance and repair issues throughout the building. Work Hours: Five (5) days out of seven, Monday through Sunday as scheduled by the Maintenance Manager. Typical 8 hour shift and must be able to work all hrs/days including weekend and holidays. Duties would include repairing and maintaining normal wear-and-tear in all areas (touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, unblocking sinks and toilets, etc. Conduct an Equipment Status Check-List once per shift, observing that all equipment is functioning correctly and are the right temperature and that there are no leaks, strange noises, etc. All adjustments and monitoring of equipment to be undertaken by the Maintenance Manager. Conduct Preventive Maintenance program as directed by the Maintenance Manager; i.e., replace guest room HVAC filters every quarter, check shower mixing valves, etc. Familiarize oneself with the Fire Prevention equipment and procedures in case of an emergency- respond to all emergencies and offer assistance where appropriate. Work on maintenance and other projects as directed by the Maintenance Manager
