Description Position at JBS USA Essential Job Duties: Responsible for monitoring in-process and finished product to ensure
compliance to established specifications and temperature requirements. Monitoring labels to ensure they meet regulatory
requirements including tare weights, UPC codes, legibility, establishment number, pricing and correct product identification.
Monitor incoming ingredients for compliance to established visual and temperature requirements. Monitor finished product weights
on stated weight products. Monitor finished product coding and packaging. Monitor tri-gas mixtures on finished product. Monitoring
package seals. Performing in-process and finished product quality checks. Communicating to leads and supervisors when product is
out of specification with increased monitoring or holding of product until the defect is corrected or reworked. Monitoring and
recording shelf life results. Aseptic sampling of ground beef products for microbiological testing. Pre-operational sanitation
inspections. Assist in enforcing plant wide compliance to GMP’s and employee safety rules. Must know job requirements for all
positions on assigned production line(s). Accurately complete required daily paperwork. Other tasks as assigned. Minimum
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Ability to speak, read, and write English Strong attention to details Strong verbal and

Quality Assurance Food Technician Night Shift -6p-6:30a SUMMARY Monitors all quality assurance/food safety activities and makes recommendations and carries out corrections for improving Quality departmental functions. Knowledge of food quality standards and procedures is vital and good attention to detail, strong communication skills & logical thinking. Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties. QUALIFICATIONS: - 1 year + Experience in a Quality Assurance or food Safety role within a manufacturing facility LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret quality documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ice River Sustainable Solutions is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Feversham team. In this hands-on role, you'll play an important part in maintaining product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance throughout our plastics manufacturing process. Working closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams, you'll perform inspections, laboratory testing, documentation, and process verification to help ensure our products consistently meet customer and company standards. This position works a 12-hour continental rotation. Pay Rate: $24.46/hour What You'll Do * Perform quality inspections, testing, and analysis on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products * Collect samples and complete laboratory testing to verify product quality and compliance * Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment * Complete quality documentation, traceability records, corrective action reports, and non-conformance reports * Identify, isolate, and document non-conforming materials or products * Participate in GMP, HACCP, SQF, and internal quality audits * Support sanitation verification and food safety programs * Train production employees on quality standards and best practices * Work collaboratively with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement * Complete additional duties as required to support plant operations What We're Looking For * Previous Quality Assurance and/or sanitation experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is considered an asset * Experience in plastics manufacturing, laboratory testing, thermoforming, bottle or preform production is an asset * Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF programs is considered an asset * Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word * Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills * Effective communication and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment * Willingness to learn and develop new skills—we're happy to train the right candidate!
