The role - your passion * Your main task is to keep our vehicles on the road in terms of traffic safety and customer satisfaction. * You oversee various rental stations in your area. * You share responsibility for the technical condition of our campervans. * You independently perform minor repairs on our vehicles and pass on your knowledge to station employees so that they can carry out repairs themselves to some extent. * You actively participate in shaping your work environment, are enthusiastic about new projects, and contribute your ideas. What you need to surf the wave with us * You have completed training as an automotive mechanic / automotive mechatronics technician or a similar program in the automotive industry. * You possess extensive knowledge of various brands and vehicles, ideally familiar with our common models already. * A high degree of flexibility, occasional willingness to travel, and manual dexterity are natural for you. * You speak French fluently and solid English. LE POSTE – TA PASSION * Ta mission principale est de garantir la sécurité routière de nos véhicules et la satisfaction de nos clients. * Tu supervises plusieurs stations de location dans ta région. * Tu partages la responsabilité de l’état technique de nos campervans. * Tu effectues de manière autonome de petites réparations sur nos véhicules et transmets ton savoir aux équipes en station pour qu’elles puissent gérer certaines réparations elles-mêmes. * Tu participes activement à l’amélioration de ton environnement de travail, tu es enthousiaste à l’idée de nouveaux projets et tu proposes tes idées. CE QU’IL TE FAUT POUR SURFER AVEC NOUS * Tu as suivi une formation de mécanicien automobile / technicien en mécatronique automobile ou une formation similaire dans le secteur automobile. * Tu possèdes de solides connaissances sur différentes marques et véhicules, idéalement tu connais déjà nos modèles les plus courants. * Tu fais preuve d’une grande flexibilité, tu es prêt(e) à te déplacer ponctuellement et tu es habile de tes mains. * Tu parles couramment français et tu as un bon niveau d’anglais. TON SALAIRE Nous ❤️ la transparence. La fourchette salariale pour ce poste se situe entre 25 200 € et 33 600 € brut par an. Nous sommes actuellement en train d’introduire des grilles salariales dans nos offres d’emploi afin de garantir un traitement équitable pour toutes et tous. Au cours du processus de recrutement, lorsque nous aurons appris à mieux nous connaître et que nous pourrons évaluer plus précisément tes compétences et ton expérience, nous déterminerons ensemble le niveau au sein de cette fourchette qui te correspond le mieux. MEAL VOUCHERS: 60% covered by Roadsurfer The role - your passion * You are responsible for the professional interior and exterior preparation of our vans * You keep an eye on our camper vans when they are returned after the vacation and check for any damage that has occurred * You will also assist with other work-related tasks What you need to surf the wave with us * You are reliable, motivated, and comfortable with camper-vans * You are absolutely hands-on (meaning you have no problem getting your hands dirty) * Independent and precise work is not a problem for you * You have a driver's license class B * Knowledge in the field of vehicle detailing and technical understanding is desirable Your contract * YOUR CONTRACT: Full-time: 35h/week, including saturday * YOUR START: Starting in April/May, contract duration 6 to 8 months * YOUR SALARY: 1950€/ month * YOUR PLACE OF WORK: 24 Chem. des Bateliers, 44300 Nantes Ready to surf?
