As search rapidly evolves with AI changing how people discover information online, companies need better ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where new growth opportunities exist. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape. About the role We’re looking for an Account Executive to help scale Peec AI’s global customer base. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation and product demo to negotiation and close, working with SEO, marketing, and growth leaders at companies around the world. You’ll play a key role in bringing Peec AI to new customers, building trusted relationships, and helping shape how we sell as we continue to grow. THE ROLE The Engagement team partners with forward-thinking customers to transform how they hire. This isn’t customer support - it’s strategic engagement. You’ll guide organizations through the adoption of AI in their hiring workflows, ensuring they unlock meaningful outcomes and long-term value. As Engagement Manager, you’ll serve as the connective tissue across Customers, Product, and Sales - helping executives reimagine processes, operators embed AI day-to-day, and our internal teams sharpen strategy with deep customer insights. Key ownership areas: * Build trusted, strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders, from recruiters to C-level, to drive business outcomes with AI. * Guide organizations through change management, onboarding, adoption, and expansion; helping them scale AI-driven workflows across teams. * Drive revenue outcomes by maximizing retention and unlocking expansion opportunities; ensuring customers realize long-term value while partnering with Sales to grow accounts. * Synthesize insights from the field to shape our Engagement methodology and influence product and sales strategies. * Serve as an AI thought partner: running workshops, sharing best practices, and elevating Metaview’s role as a category leader. * Proactively identify risks and opportunities in accounts, using product data and customer conversations to inform action. WHAT YOU BRING * 4+ years in consulting, customer-facing, or strategy roles at high-growth B2B startups or top-tier firms. * Proven ability to engage across levels - influencing executives while rolling up your sleeves with operators. * Strong analytical and strategic thinker; comfortable making data-driven decisions. * Skilled in change management and guiding customers through transformation. * A natural communicator: able to distill complexity into clarity, whether 1:1 or at an exec workshop. * Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and energized by experimentation. * Deeply aligned with our brand: intelligent, low-BS, authentic, and customer-obsessed. * This will initially be a remote role based out of NYC with a view to going hybrid in the future. COMPENSATION Base pay within our salary range is determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. For this role, our current base pay range is: $150,000 - $250,000. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of F2 AI’s go-to-market motion, focused on generating qualified pipeline within commercial banks. You’ll identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers, setting the foundation for successful enterprise sales cycles. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine our outbound strategy and messaging, helping define how F2 AI breaks into large, regulated financial institutions. This role is ideal for a driven, curious seller early in their career who wants deep exposure to enterprise sales, AI technology, and the commercial banking landscape. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a BDR at F2, your primary mission is pipeline creation. You’ll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads, driving outreach campaigns, and supporting the broader sales effort. You will: * Own inbound lead management: Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound interest from GPs, lenders, and private market deal teams. * Execute outbound campaigns: Partner with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to design and execute outbound sequences targeting high-value accounts. * Set meetings that matter: Your success will be measured by qualified meetings set and pipeline created. * Support sales collateral creation: Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to refine messaging, tailor outreach, and build decks and 1-pagers. * Keep CRM immaculate: Ensure our pipeline is always accurate and up to date in HubSpot/Salesforce. * Learn the product and space deeply: Get fluent in private markets workflows and Arc’s differentiated AI offering. Your credibility with our buyers will be key. * Constantly iterate: Help refine the BDR playbook, report on conversion metrics, and suggest improvements across the funnel. YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF You’re not just a lead generator—you’re a high-IQ operator who knows how to get in front of the right people and speak their language. We’re looking for someone with: * BDR or sales experience in a fast-paced, outbound-heavy environment (tech, SaaS, fintech, or AI preferred) * Domain knowledge in private credit, private equity, or commercial banking — either through direct experience or deep exposure * Entrepreneurial hustle or a founder-like mentality — you work insanely hard, thrive in ambiguity, move fast, have a positive attitude and don't need hand-holding * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you know how to craft a tight outbound message and hold your own on calls * Tools fluency — you’re comfortable with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (e.g. Outreach, Apollo), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Analytical mindset — you can qualify prospects rigorously and think commercially about the funnel * Based in NYC — we believe the best work is done together, in person at our beautiful corporate HQ in NYC. You’ll have flexibility to work remotely at least 1 day per week.
