The Role
We're looking for an AI Marketing Engineer to join our marketing team in NY or SF. This role sits at the intersection of marketing
craft and AI engineering, working hand-in-hand with leaders across brand, product marketing, revenue marketing, and marketing ops.
Your job is to identify bottlenecks in our marketing machine and reimagine those workflows with AI agents.
You understand how marketing teams think and what they care about, which means you can design AI systems that teams actually adopt
and trust. You're just as comfortable reading a competitive battle card as you are building the agent that generates one. You are
energized by turning slow, manual, high-touch workflows into fast, reliable, low-touch systems and you know how to do it with
frontier models.

The Role We are hiring a Director, Product Marketing to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a critical area of the Legora platform. Depending on background and business need, this role will anchor on one of several focus areas spanning core product, solutions, or platform capabilities. Regardless of the specific remit, the mandate is the same: translate what we build into a narrative the market understands and buyers act on. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has spent a decade or more doing product marketing in high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI environments. They have led teams, shaped go-to-market strategy at the senior leadership level, and know how to build the marketing function around a product area, not just run launches. They are exceptional storytellers, strategists, and superb operators who can turn complex, technical capabilities into clear commercial advantage. The role reports to the VP of Product Marketing, with scope to build and manage a small team. What You'll Do * Recruit, mentor, and develop a small team of product marketing professionals as the function scales * Define and own product positioning, messaging, and narrative strategy for your team and area of the platform * Lead go-to-market strategy end-to-end. The Role We are hiring a GTM Solutions, Practice Lead to own how Legora goes to market across solutions, practice areas, and the segments that make up our ICP. This role sits at the center of Legora's commercial engine translating what the product can do into what specific buyers actually buy. Legora aOS is the agentic operating system for legal work. But legal is not a monolith. An in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company, a litigator at an AmLaw 50 firm, and a corporate associate at a magic circle firm are buying AI for different reasons, even when they're looking at the same product. This role exists to make sure each of them sees Legora as built specifically for them. You'll take the operating-model narrative for how an AI-first legal team works and adapt it into practice- and segment-specific playbooks: positioning, proof points, and materials that translate our platform's depth into concrete reasons to buy. The sharpness of that translation is what determines whether we win the room or get bucketed alongside every other AI vendor in the market. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade owning solutions or vertical product marketing in high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI environments. They know how to take a single product and shape it into distinct, buyer-specific narratives without fragmenting the brand or diluting the message. They understand how to partner with sales on the deals that matter, how to build the materials that move pipeline, and how to land a launch that holds together across product, sales, and customer-facing teams. They are exceptional writers and storytellers who can turn a generic capability into a specific reason to buy. What You'll Do * Solutions positioning: Own how Legora shows up across our core solutions — drafting, review, research, diligence, knowledge — and translate product depth into clear, defensible positioning for each. * Practice & workflow playbooks: Build the playbooks that win in specific practices and in-house functions — adapting the operating-model narrative into the positioning, proof points, and enablement for each. Partner with our Legal Engineers to ground every playbook in how the work actually gets done, so nothing ships that a practitioner would dismiss. * Segment strategy: Sharpen how we position across segments. Make sure the same product narrative reads unique and relevant to each. * GTM execution: Drive the launch motions, sales narratives, and enablement that turn positioning into pipeline. Build the bill of materials sales actually uses and the customer-facing assets that close deals. * Sales partnership: Partner directly with sales leadership on the strategic deals that define the year, and build the battle cards, decks, and customer-facing assets that move pipeline. * Thought leadership: Translate practice-area depth into thought leadership and external storytelling alongside Growth and Demand Gen. * Cross-functional alignment: Align with Product, Sales, and Customer-facing teams on solutions priorities. What You Bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, with substantial time owning solutions, vertical, or practice-area GTM at scale * Deep experience marketing AI, SaaS, or workflow products to enterprise or professional services buyers — legal a strong plus * A track record of taking a single product and turning it into distinct, sharp solutions narratives that hold up in front of the most senior buyers * Demonstrated ability to partner with sales on strategic deals and build the materials that actually get used in the field * Exceptional writing. ABOUT THE ROLE The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We’re looking for an experienced, strategic Engagement Manager to join our growing team and help the world’s top law firms and corporations fundamentally change the way they work with Legora. This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organizations and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of your accounts: building the relationships, defining the outcomes and serving as the trusted advisor and quarterback who turns Legora into an embedded part of how legal teams operate. At the heart of the role is designing each client’s adoption playbook and delivering multi-year change-management programs that transform how they work. For every account you will build a tailored roadmap, sequence initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, define measurable outcomes and ROI and evolve the program as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge. You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, helping clients realize measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work. WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization for a portfolio of Mid-Market firms or corporates. Specifically, you will: * Design each client’s adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that firm adopts Legora and transforms the way they work. * Execute against that playbook, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client’s needs and Legora’s capabilities evolve. * Act as a strategic advisor who deeply understands client goals and legal workflows, surfaces high-impact opportunities, and guides teams toward maximum value from Legora. * Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews. * Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination. * Partner with GTM on key commercial moments to ensure seamless handoffs, continuity, and a great customer experience, and to identify and realize expansion opportunities. * Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning, and enablement. WHAT YOU BRING You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. You’re proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed. We’re looking for: * A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations. * Experience building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes. * 3 - 6 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. * A track record of driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders. * Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. * Strong program and project management skills; you keep multi-workstream initiatives moving and your clients confident. * Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
