THE ROLE We’re leading the way in building a new category of product and have successfully onboarded thousands of companies and tens of thousands of users already. With rapid expansion, we're looking for an Engagement Manager to help our SMB customers transform their hiring workflows with AI, driving adoption, retention, and long-term impact. You’ll play a key role in guiding SMB customers through change management, enabling AI adoption at scale, and surfacing insights that sharpen our product and go-to-market strategies. Key ownership areas: * Onboard like a pro: Deliver high-impact onboarding for new SMB customers, ensuring a smooth ramp and quick path to value. * Drive product adoption at scale: Use data to proactively identify and engage customers, helping them unlock key features. * Own account health: Track usage to detect risk, balancing higher-touch engagements with a scaled approach. * Solve problems fast: Jump in to support users when issues arise, coordinating with technical teams as needed. * Systematize what works: Help design and refine a scalable approach to Customer Success that supports thousands of users. * Champion the customer voice: surface key trends and collaborate with Product and Sales to shape the roadmap and sharpen GTM messaging. WHAT YOU BRING * 2+ years’ experience in a customer/stakeholder-facing role. This could be in Consultancy, Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, or similar. * You get energised by meeting new people and spread that energy to them through your approach. * A confident communicator. We are scaling quickly across our offices in New York, San Francisco, and London. ROLE OVERVIEW We're hiring a Head of Talent to build and own the full recruiting function at F2 — from strategy to close. We're doubling our headcount over the next two quarters, and this role is critical to making that happen. You'll partner directly with Finance and senior leadership to build hiring plans, set comp bands, and bring the caliber of people who will define what F2 becomes. As our first dedicated talent leader, you'll build the function from the ground up — with real ownership and real impact. This is the right role for someone who has built hiring infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth startup environment, knows how to recruit without relying on big-company brand leverage, and can operate as both a strategic talent partner and a hands-on full-cycle recruiter. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own full-cycle recruiting across functions, with an emphasis on engineering, product, AI, deployment, and GTM roles. * Build the recruiting engine from the ground up: sourcing strategy, pipeline architecture, interview process, scorecards, candidate experience, offer process, and close strategy. * Partner with leadership and Finance on headcount planning, role prioritization, comp bands, recruiting budget, and agency ROI. * Bring a sales mindset to candidate engagement, including outbound messaging, narrative-building, objection handling, and close strategy. * Build strong pipelines in competitive talent markets, especially NYC and SF engineering, AI, product, and GTM ecosystems. * Create lightweight but rigorous recruiting systems, including ATS hygiene, reporting, funnel metrics, source quality, and hiring manager accountability. * Act as a talent brand ambassador for F2, helping candidates understand the size of the opportunity, the quality of the team, and the urgency of the market. * Help the company scale thoughtfully across New York, San Francisco, and London while keeping talent density high. YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF * You have 6+ years of recruiting experience, including meaningful time in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment. * You have built a hiring function or recruiting engine from scratch, not just operated inside an established recruiting machine. * You have hired across technical and go-to-market roles, ideally including software engineering, product, AI, sales, and customer-facing roles. * You understand what it takes to recruit in low-brand-leverage environments where candidate selling, precision, persistence, and market mapping matter. * You are fluent in the NYC and SF talent markets and understand how competitive engineering and AI recruiting have become. * You are highly commercial: you can build a candidate narrative, sell the company, navigate objections, and close top talent. * You are analytical and comfortable with headcount plans, recruiting funnels, comp calibration, and basic recruiting finance. * You move quickly, operate with precision, and thrive in ambiguity. * You are energized by AI, private markets, and the chance to help build a category-defining company. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience scaling a startup from pre-seed, seed, or Series A through a major growth phase. * Experience hiring for AI, fintech, B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or vertical software companies. * Strong track record recruiting in both New York and San Francisco talent markets. * Experience partnering with founders, Finance, and senior leadership on headcount planning. * Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms, plus comfort building recruiting dashboards and pipeline reporting. We’re headquartered in London and in 2025 successfully launched in the US…and we’re just getting started. THE ROLE This is Lawhive's first dedicated Events Marketing hire in the US. Reporting into our Head of Demand Generation, you'll own the full events programme as we build our name in the US legal and tech market, from strategy and guest lists to the logistics that make or break the experience on the day. You'll run the ongoing drumbeat of event activity that keeps Lawhive visible with the right people: lawyer education and community events, industry conference presence, and Lawhive-hosted experiences worth attending. This is a high-ownership, scrappy role; you will have the autonomy to build something from scratch, with the expectation that you'll make Lawhive stand out as truly unique and exceptional in the industry. * Own and execute Lawhive's US events calendar across hosted experiences, community programmes and third-party conferences * Work closely with the Head of Demand Generation to align event activity with pipeline goals, ABM priorities and revenue outcomes * Define clear metrics upfront and report on pipeline contribution, account engagement and ROI after every event * Manage all logistics end-to-end: venues, vendors, collateral, attendee communications and on-site delivery * Bring a strong visual sensibility to how Lawhive shows up, collaborating with the brand team and creative studio, and the creative instinct to cut through on a busy conference floor * Use AI tools as a core part of how you plan, brief, and execute WHAT YOU'LL BRING You’ll be a great fit for this role if… * You have a strong events background from a tech or SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to B2B and long sales cycles * You're exceptionally organised and genuinely energised by the logistics side of event planning, not just the strategy * You have a strong visual and creative sensibility and know how to make an activation feel distinctive on a limited budget * You understand ABM and can connect event activity to commercial outcomes * You're an AI-native operator and use it to work faster and smarter, not as an afterthought * You've been through the chaos of something going wrong at an event and have the story to prove it * Experience in the legal industry is a bonus, not a requirement INTERVIEW PROCESS * Introductory call with our Talent team * 1:1 with our Head of Brand * Live practical task: 45 minutes to put together an event plan and activation concept using AI tools * Values interview with one of our Founders * We offer!
