What You'll Do * Independently manage the full sales cycle from initiation to close – assisting some of the largest corporates and law firms in the world to succeed in the age of AI. * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure our platform aligns with client needs and continues to develop at the highest pace. * Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, addressing their pain points with tailored solutions. * Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to drive engagement and adoption. * Contribute to the refinement of our account acquisition and management strategies and processes, documenting best practices to scale effectively. What You'll Do This is a new role at Legora, built to support and scale our growing Legal Engineering function in the US—helping to deliver world-class AI implementations for the world's leading law firms. It sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution — and is designed for someone who wants to be a true force multiplier for a high-impact team. You'll work closely with our Strategic Programs Lead and other Legal Engineers to help turn ambitious initiatives into reality, bringing structure, momentum, and follow-through to some of our most strategic efforts. * Supporting the development and execution of Legal Engineering initiatives across the US market * Partnering with Legal Engineers to design and deliver deployment plans, including work planning, sequencing, and execution * Assisting in the coordination of our Legal Engineering resources for the delivery of local and cross-border implementations and ensuring Legora best practices are followed for global consistency in delivery * Helping launch and scale strategic initiatives within an ever-growing Legal Engineering function * Supporting pilots, client onboarding, and internal rollouts to ensure initiatives land effectively * Monitoring and analysing adoption metrics via our analytics dashboards to identify friction points in the user journey and proposing strategic interventions during the implementation with the Engagement Managers * Establishing impeccable project hygiene: You will be the custodian of our centralised project trackers, shared environments, and action logs. You'll ensure that as we scale across the US, there is a single, perfectly maintained "source of truth" for our programs so that no detail is lost in the noise of a fast-moving rollout * Acting as a connective layer across teams, helping drive clarity, prioritisation, and progress * Bringing a structured, execution-focused mindset to ambiguous problems — and pushing work over the finish line In short: you'll help Legal Engineers focus on what they do best by making the overall system around them stronger, faster, and more effective. What You Bring You're early in your career, but already battle-tested. You've worked in environments where ambiguity is the norm, expectations are high, and outcomes matter — and you thrive in them. Contribute to refining our mid market sales motion and GTM processes, documenting best practices to help us scale effectively. What You Bring * Have a proven track record of 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, go to market, or a comparable role in a high performing SaaS org, top tier consultancy, or a customer facing role within a relevant industry. * Experience managing end to end deals with multiple stakeholders, navigating procurement or security steps as needed, and consistently hitting targets. * Take clear ownership of quota, outcomes, and customer experience, putting the needs of the business first while maintaining high integrity. * Show perseverance and adaptability, staying focused through ambiguity and learning quickly from what works and what doesn’t. * Are naturally inquisitive and coachable, actively seeking feedback and continuously improving your craft. * Bring strong discovery and storytelling skills, translating complex workflows into simple, value based narratives. * Have enthusiasm for international business development and share our vision of transforming legal work through AI. * Demonstrate a founder like mindset, proactively spotting friction and building scalable systems and playbooks.
