company’s most important strategic and financial priorities.
You will work directly with senior leaders across finance, product, and analytics, including regular exposure to C-suite on
high-stakes questions that shape how MongoDB scales. The scope spans strategic planning, business case development for new
products, and partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud, etc.. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical horsepower,
structured thinking, and executive presence who wants meaningful ownership and direct visibility into major business decisions.

MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Strategic Finance. You will be responsible for driving key strategic financial initiatives and providing financial insights to support decision-making and drive the company’s growth. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of FP&A, sales, product, marketing and investor relations and work closely with the executive team. This will be a hybrid in-office role.
