What You'll Do
This is a new role at Legora, built to support and scale our growing Legal Engineering function in the US—helping to deliver
world-class AI implementations for the world's leading law firms. It sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and
execution — and is designed for someone who wants to be a true force multiplier for a high-impact team.
You'll work closely with our Strategic Programs Lead and other Legal Engineers to help turn ambitious initiatives into reality,
bringing structure, momentum, and follow-through to some of our most strategic efforts.
ensuring Legora best practices are followed for global consistency in delivery
proposing strategic interventions during the implementation with the Engagement Managers
and action logs. You'll ensure that as we scale across the US, there is a single, perfectly maintained "source of truth" for
our programs so that no detail is lost in the noise of a fast-moving rollout

The Role We are hiring a Senior PMM, Partnerships to own the go-to-market strategy and narrative for Legora's partner ecosystem across data integrations, legal research platforms, and foundational model relationships. This is one of the most strategically significant PMM roles at the company. Legora's value compounds through its integrations. The depth and quality of our partner ecosystem, from the data sources that power our models to the LLM providers that underpin the platform, is a core differentiator. This role exists to turn that ecosystem into a marketing advantage: shaping how we position each relationship, how we co-market with partners, and how we bring integrated experiences to market in a way that drives pipeline, trust, and category credibility. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade at the intersection of product marketing and partnerships in high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI environments. They know how to work with partners, structure a co-marketing motion, navigate joint narratives without ceding control of your own story, and how to translate a technical integration into a compelling commercial message. They are exceptional storytellers and writers, who can turn a partnerships into a competitive advantage. What You'll Do * Data integrations: Own positioning and launch strategy for Legora's integrations with legal data providers, document management systems, and workflow tools. Communicate integration depth and reliability to both technical and business buyers. * Legal research partnerships: Lead GTM and co-marketing programs with legal research platforms and content providers. Translate these relationships into trust signals and meaningful product differentiation. * Foundational model partnerships: Drive GTM strategy for Legora's relationships with leading AI model providers. Help the market understand how Legora builds on top of frontier models while remaining distinctly Legora — purpose-built, context-aware, and compliance-grade. * Ecosystem GTM: Build the playbooks, one-pagers, and co-sell assets that enable both internal teams and partner-facing stakeholders to tell a consistent, compelling story. * Co-marketing programs: Run co-marketing programs with strategic partners that grow pipeline, not just produce assets. * Ecosystem thought leadership: Drive ecosystem narrative and thought leadership content across the partner portfolio. * Sales partnership: Support sales on partner-led and partner-influenced deals with the materials and narratives they need to win. * Cross-functional alignment: Align with Product, BD, and Legal on partnership priorities. What You Bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, with substantial time owning partnership or ecosystem GTM at scale * Deep experience marketing AI, data, or platform products ideally to enterprise or professional services buyers * A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder narratives balancing both your story and a partner's story without losing precision or brand voice * Demonstrated ability to build co-marketing programs that grow pipeline, not just produce assets * Exceptional writing. About the role We’re looking for an independent, highly driven individual to help scale Legora’s law school partnerships through strategic, high-impact initiatives. This role is critical to advancing Legora’s brand and positioning across the legal community in the US and internationally. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you’ll sit at the intersection of legal education, technology, and ecosystem building — working closely with academic institutions, internal teams, and the broader legal community to embed Legora into how future lawyers learn and work. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING In this role, you’ll take ownership of Legora’s law school partnerships end-to-end, ensuring partners are enabled, engaged, and aligned with Legora’s long-term goals. You’ll be responsible for: * Ensuring partner institutions are fully enabled on the Legora platform, using your legal subject-matter expertise to identify, articulate, and support relevant use cases. * Launching and owning initiatives to drive platform usage across law school partners, including co-creating content and programs with faculty, clinics, journals, and other stakeholders. * Building strong relationships and champions within partner organisations, supporting long-term adoption and advocacy. * Coordinating cross-functionally with Go-to-Market, Enablement, Customer Engagement, and Marketing teams to ensure partner needs are met and incentives are aligned. * Identifying gaps in Legora’s partnership strategy and designing, executing, and iterating on solutions to strengthen our professional and academic community partnerships. * Operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting priorities and approaches as the business scales. WHAT YOU BRING You bring a strong foundation in law, paired with the drive and organisational skills needed to run complex partnership initiatives. You’ll thrive in this role if you: * Hold a JD from a top US law school. * Have 5+ years of professional experience, with a strong emphasis on project or program management. * Possess a clear understanding of the legal sector, including law firm practice areas, lawyer workflows, and common pain points. * Have a proven ability to build trusted relationships and champions within complex organizations. * Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple fast-paced initiatives simultaneously. * Thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments, and can pivot quickly as priorities evolve. Nice to have (but not required): * 2–3 years of experience practicing at a US law firm (litigation or transactional). * Experience working with the academic sector, particularly with US law school faculty. * Background in legal clinics or law school journals. ABOUT THE ROLE The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We’re looking for an experienced, strategic Engagement Manager to join our growing team and help the world’s top law firms and corporations fundamentally change the way they work with Legora. This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organizations and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of your accounts: building the relationships, defining the outcomes and serving as the trusted advisor and quarterback who turns Legora into an embedded part of how legal teams operate. At the heart of the role is designing each client’s adoption playbook and delivering multi-year change-management programs that transform how they work. For every account you will build a tailored roadmap, sequence initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, define measurable outcomes and ROI and evolve the program as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge. You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, helping clients realize measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work. WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization for a portfolio of Mid-Market firms or corporates. Specifically, you will: * Design each client’s adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that firm adopts Legora and transforms the way they work. * Execute against that playbook, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client’s needs and Legora’s capabilities evolve. * Act as a strategic advisor who deeply understands client goals and legal workflows, surfaces high-impact opportunities, and guides teams toward maximum value from Legora. * Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews. * Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination. * Partner with GTM on key commercial moments to ensure seamless handoffs, continuity, and a great customer experience, and to identify and realize expansion opportunities. * Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning, and enablement. WHAT YOU BRING You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. You’re proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed. We’re looking for: * A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations. * Experience building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes. * 3 - 6 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. * A track record of driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders. * Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. * Strong program and project management skills; you keep multi-workstream initiatives moving and your clients confident. * Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. You can lead boardroom conversations with legal leaders and roll up your sleeves with hands-on teams. * High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act. * A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it. * Comfort with metrics and driven by data, customer health, and outcomes over process.
