About the Role
The Account Director is a client management team role responsible for managing day-to-day account operations, building trusted
relationships, and ensuring the agency delivers work that meets both brand and business objectives. As a trusted advisor to
clients, the agency team, and cross-functional partners, this individual immerses themselves in the brand, developing a deep
understanding of brand strategy and translating it into recommendations that are aligned with the brand's vision and grounded in
the agency's point of view.
This individual serves as a key connector between client priorities and the work produced across creative, medical, digital, and
analytics disciplines, ensuring alignment, quality, and follow-through on execution. The Account Director partners closely with
senior account leadership on complex or executive-level client relationships, while independently owning the brand foundation and
day-to-day account management.
