The Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment is the company's lead legal advisor on employment matters, partnering closely
with Human Resources and business leaders to help Beast Industries scale responsibly. This role provides practical,
business-focused legal guidance across the employee lifecycle while helping the company navigate a rapidly evolving workforce, new
business lines, and increasingly complex employment regulations.
This role owns employment legal strategy and day-to-day counseling across Beast Industries. Working closely with HR, Finance,
Production, and executive leadership, you'll help build scalable people practices that support growth while managing legal and
regulatory risk.
You'll advise on everything from hiring and organizational changes to workplace investigations, compensation, employee relations,

Target total compensation ranges from $300,000 - $396,000, including a fixed annual salary of $250,000 - $330,000, a discretionary
annual cash bonus, plus an employee equity grant, and comprehensive benefits.
