Job Description
The Senior Direct Investment Manager is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for the execution, performance, and growth of
Direct Buys and Affiliate Partnerships for Gerber Life. Acting as both operator and integrator, this individual ensures campaigns
are effectively planned, executed, and optimized to drive measurable business outcomes in a highly regulated financial services
environment.
This role plays a critical part in building and managing relationships with premium publishers, (d)OOH vendors, and a diverse
network of affiliate partners (such as NerdWallet and Forbes). Working seamlessly across a dual-stack tracking ecosystem (Impact
and Everflow) and in close partnership with internal strategy, planning, and paid media teams, this person ensures cohesive
execution and strong performance across all direct investment channels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the technical nuances of long-cycle lead

You will be responsible for architecting, engineering and subsequent delivery oversight across all aspects of the QRT network estate but with particular focus on our colocation infrastructure. The trading infrastructure is a combination of wide area connectivity and ultra-low latency trading infrastructures. Your future role within QRT: The team will deliver network solutions which enable full lifecycle management (architect, design, build, operate, retire) for our network components across core network switching, firewalls, load balancers, instrumentation/telemetry, network CMDB, and automation. It is crucial that any candidates must be able to demonstrate delivery of complex networks, at scale, which have been delivered through a software and automation-driven mindset. You will have deep knowledge of high-performance networking, including detailed knowledge of the product capabilities and roadmaps from the likes of Cisco, Arista and Fortinet. You will have direct experience of delivering and managing network solutions supporting corporate infrastructure and exchange specific ultra-low latency infrastructure with associated automation, telemetry and instrumentation frameworks. Your present skillset: * As a senior network engineer, you will partner closely with the project management teams and work in a highly collaborative manner within the network team and the wider organisation * You will be member of an existing engineering team where you have direct responsibility and accountability for a complex and high-performance network infrastructures * You will be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of delivering complex network architectures delivered via software driven and agile methodology * You will have deep knowledge of delivering networks supporting high-performance and low latency computing architectures * You will have deep knowledge of the network vendor ecosystem and be able to demonstrate building engineering relationships at senior layers with vendor product and engineering teams * You will stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the network infrastructure remains cutting-edge * You will have knowledge of wide area network engineering focused on traffic prioritisation and steering. It would be good to have experience of Segment Routing. Base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $240,000 per year. The focus will be on relationship management of US and Global investment consulting firms.
